GameStop, Orlando FL

My partner is currently in the store and I attempted to enter to grab them, for a medical reason I needed to leave. Afro haired guy at the door wouldn’t even listen to me. I’m asthmatic and they just threw their hands up and slid the grate while I see my partner in there. Just needed my inhaler but I guess this store staff does not care.

It would be nice if they bothered to pick up the phone. Every time I try to call, I have to dial at least 4 times to get an answer.

Jeannelle is the best worker at GameStop amazing Customer service such as sweet person we always go to this store because of her. Thank you again.

Wish we had more in the area. This is the only one for a few miles that's not in the mall, which does cause you to have to wait a bit but it's still has everything you need

I've been in line for twenty minutes and I'm the only one in line, it's a ten dollar game and it's not even worth it anymore. Such a waste of time. Terrible service

Good store with a good selection of games but don’t go there to trade in anything for cash because they’re going to rip you off completely.

Love game stop except for you buya game at 20 bucks and for trade you get 3. Proably why think geek is buying it out. I like to call it lame stop lol

Even though I received great service and.found exactly what my son wanted for Christmas, was disappointed on Christmas Day when we opened our Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 game and found a dirty, scratched up Memorex CD in the brand new $60 game case. Put quite a dark cloud on what was supposed to be a surprisingly special moment. Very hurt & surprised.

It was nice but the staff seem like they haven't been working there for a while. Because when I went there I paid for another game but another game was in the case.

Friendly service when you are there in person, but no one ever picks up the phone when you call in.

Always shop there always cool stuff there every body is nice there have no problems there at all

Great customer service! Called and spoke to a guy named Nick to see if they had an item in stock, they did not and he went above and beyond, checked the inventory and even called the store who did have it to see if they would hold it for me!

Staff is very well informed about anything in the game world. Plus, they are friendly, have competitive or cheaper prices when you compare to other stores.

Everything I come here I've had nothing but bad experiences the manager gives me a mean look the employees are not friendly and I honestly don't feel like I belong sorry I'll be trying another gamestop: (

The staff here is really friendly! I usually hate going into GameStop but this one always makes me comfortable.

Great staff, especially asst. Manager Jessica who is always cordial, intelligent, efficient, quick and helpful. Every used game I have bought at great prices have been like new. They are clean and well stocked. I extremely suggest them!
