Gap Factory reviews
7Four years ago I bought there they were very good quality, today a very low quality disaster, I left without buying
A lot of variety of clothes, prices not as affordable as in other places
This is ridiculous I bought it in N York and asked if I can change any gap he say Yes now I can't in the gap factory just a regular store I have to drive 80 miles this is ridiculous
It has good prices and daily clothes. In sales season there are excellent opportunities
Great variety of clothing at excellent prices (outlet), good service and comfortable premises
The attention given by BRYAN, an employee of that store, was the best, too attentive, and I always provide the best excellent attention.
My wife came to the store today to buy some baby clothes. She is pregnant and she’s due next week.
During her visit, she felt tired but couldn’t find any chair or sofa to sit and rest. The only place she found in the store where she could rest was the corner of a table. She sat there for 2 minutes when a staff came and told her that she couldn’t stay there. The staff said “it’s a problem for us and for the visual merchandising”.
My wife showed her that she was pregnant (hard to miss when you are more than 8 months pregnant) and that she was feeling weak but the staff didn’t seem to worry and ask her to find a seat outside the store.
Shame on you! How dare you treating a pregnant woman like that? Unfortunately I was not with her today. She was so shocked that she didn’t even report the incident to a manager.
I cannot believe that in 2023 a company like Gap still hire people with no empathy, no emotional intelligence and who think only about their business.
Shame on you Gap!
