I had a great experience with Garabar Roofing thanks to Brian Hirsch. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process of getting my roof done and Brian was there every step of the way. Installation was quick and professional. The crew cleaned the area and left it as if they were never there. I would highly recommend using Garabar Roofing.

Just had my roof replaced by Garabar Lake Worth. They did a great job, continuous follow ups as job was in process and excellent service from Jessica and Raphael. Would recommend this company in a minute.

I have lived in my home for almost 25 years and unfortunately it was time to replace my roof. I’m originally from the north so a roof replacement was not nearly as expensive as in Florida due to the type of roof. I contacted close to a dozen roofing companies and received quotes from them all. I knew I had to make the decision but was putting it off as long as I could I just didn’t feel good about it. This for my wife and I was a major purchase the largest outside the purchase of our home itself.
I finally decided to go with the company I felt ok about not just price but overall. Then a neighbor a few doors down was getting there roof removed so for a few days I watched the worker. I wanted to see if they cleaned out and how well it looked. In a 24 hour they had the roof torn off and cleaned up like they were never there. A few days later an army of workers came to put on the new roof. In less than 48 hours it was done. I spoke to the neighbors about the company and asked for their information.that’s the first time I met Raphael he came into my home. We had a great conversation. He explained the process with no pressure and he did explain that the tile that we would like to have installed it could take up to nine months because of the back log. My wife and I felt immediately this was the company we wanted. We signed the contract the next day. We were introduced to young lady named Jessica. Jessica was awesome from the start. She was going to be our contact through the entire project. Jessica, on a timely manner would call me about once a month to just let me know we are still on schedule. About 60 days out she said we are getting close and narrowed the date and continued to call but more frequent. Weeks before she would call and follow up with emails about the process in more detail. When Jessica called and said they would be there on Monday at 8am We were thrilled and when they showed up on time and how they worked we were relieved we picked the best company. We did not have any leaks in our home so we didn’t expect to have and boards replaced. That was not the case. After they tore off the roof you could clearly see we replaced the room just in time. We live in a community that about 25 years old and it’s time for everyone to replace there roof. When I talk to neighbors about my experience with our company in many cases is totally different than the experience they’re having with theirs. I receive calls on a monthly basis and in many cases our neighbors can’t get anybody to call them back when they try to call. As I mentioned before this was a huge purchase for my Wife and I and we couldn’t be happier that we picked Garabar. Even when we thought they were done I would receive a call from Jessica letting us know that the guys are coming in the paint. Next call a few days later letting us know they were sending a supervisor out to take one final look before they call in for final inspection. After the final inspection was complete, they sent out another supervisor to again take one more final look after the inspection passed. The thing I can say about Garabar is I also felt like they cared and I never felt it was just another roof to them. I hope I never have to replace my roof again and at my age I probably won’t have to but if I did Jessica and Raphael would be my first call. The entire team was first class and truly a pleasure to do business with.

Job done In a timely manner. Probably because I had to finish up what they overlooked. Canceled my gutter job after the roof was done because of the lack of attention.

GARABAR ROOFING JUST REPAIRED MY FLAT ROOF OVER A LARGE PORTION OF MY HOUSE. THEY INSTALLED A GRADE TO THE NEW "FLAT" ROOF FOR BETTER DRAINAGE. THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH FROM START TO FINISH. EVERYTHING WAS DONE TIMELY AND HASSLE-FREE. THE PRICE WAS LOWER THAN MY PREVIOUS ROOFER'S QUOTE. THE JOB WAS DONE WITH EXCELLENCE AND THE MINOR PUNCHLIST COMPLETED EXPEDITIOUSLY. I chose GARABAR to place a new roof on my home. Brian H.was my sales representative. He was exceptional. He walked me thru the entire roofing process. He addressed my concerns quickly. He always was kind and empathetic. Brian gave me 5 star customer care. The new roof is nice, but the care Brian took to make sure everything got completed amazed me. I will refer my clients not just to GARABAR, but to Brian H at GARABAR.

Very professional experience. We were replacing an older (23 years) galvalume metal roof with a new aluminum bronze metal roof and had received a few quotes; Brian Hirsch had worked out a good proposal for the scope of work. Getting permits took a while but both Brian Hirsch and Taylor Gerbus kept us informed and updated throughout the entire process. The final tear off and install was relatively quick and smooth. Very satisfied with the work.

Would not quote me an estimate even though my home was closing tomorrow. I tried to schedule after closing and she wanted the county to record the deed. 3 others were more than happy to show up after closing. Lady was rude.

Our rep Robert Brady from Garabar deserves an award for his communication during the whole process. Whenever I had a question, he answered his cell and was of great help. In this day and age, it is refreshing to have worked with a sales rep who stayed with you through the whole process. Thank you Robert Brady and Garabar, great job.

The service provided by Garabar was outstanding during the roof and gutters replacement process. The staff was attentive to my concerns and professional in dealing with me throughout the process. The prices quoted when signing the initial contract were identical to what I ended up paying when the job was completed. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they cost about the same as four other competitors that I consulted. I am glad I contracted them because of their workmanship. The property was cleaned thoroughly at the end of the day even when they had to return the next day.
