Garage Door Fix, LLC, Cape Coral FL

Had an issue with another company where the technician basically refused the work. To quote him “I don’t install anything that doesn’t come off my truck”. Garage Door Fix came an hour after calling and fixed my issue in less than an hour. Apparently they had no problem getting paid to install a part that didn’t come off their truck:) Highly recommend.

I called at around 11am. They called back about 1 minute later. Got me in the same day and were able to resolve my issue within about 15 minutes. The gentlemen that came were friendly, punctual, and professional. The price was reasonable too. What more can you ask for in a time when most companies don’t show up and don’t give a courtesy call. Will definitely use them again if needed!

Got a recommendation on the neighborhood app for Garage Door Fix, LLC. Came on time. Looked at my door after I had replaced most parts. Didn’t try to sell me anything. The guys advised they would come back at 130 same day to adjust springs and check out the operation. They did and got the job done. Quick and dirty. Excellent service. Very reasonable too. I called Garage Door Fix Monday morning at 10: 30 to remove old garage door opener and to install a new garage door opener.they were here at 1: 00 the time they said they’d be here! In 35 minutes they had the opener installed! The guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. A day later, the motion sensor didn’t work; therefore, I called them and the nice guy walked me through the simple solution. My son is building a new house and I referred him to Garage Door Fix! Service was excellent. Thank you.

One of my garage door springs broke. When that happens, I prefer to replace both springs. I found Garage Door Fix online and called. I left a message and received a call back pretty quickly from Al. He and his associate came out promptly and replaced both springs. They were professional, friendly and their price was very competitive. I would definitely use them again. Great work!

I called and described the problem with my garage door torsion springs and opener. After two minutes, he was able to give me a quote and schedule the repair and installation the very next morning. He arrived on time and worked until finished. The price was very good and he was polite and honest as I had written a check for $10 more that the quote and left it for him as I had to leave a few minutes prior to the finish. He brought that to my attention and requested another check for the correct amount. I would definitely recommend this company.

Al (owner) and Fernando are top notch. They work fast but they do it right. Al says “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. ” He is not looking to strip your bank account but rather he wants to only correct the problem you have right now. I sense that Al knows that if he fixes your broken garage door on his first repair visit, you will be his customer for all future garage door fixes going forward. Kudos for Garage Door Fix.

The garage door spring broke Sunday afternoon, called a few places. Al was able to come out Monday before anyone else. Price was good, work was professional, guys were personable! Very happy all around!

I would give this company a 0 star but I guess I will have to put 1. We hired this company back in December 2019 so they could install a new garage door at a property. Because they completely forgot about the permit for my garage door 6 months later (TODAY) they needed to do a final inspection and have the Cape Coral City go by to check the door. They first wanted the customer (us) to stay from 7: 30 AM to 3: 30PM to wait for the inspector like if it was the customer's fault of their negligence. We were kind enough to give them the lock box code of the property with ALL keys to it and when the inspection happened the inspector called this company to let them know he couldn't close the lockbox and the representative from this company told the inspector that it was Ok for him to leave the lockbox wide open with all the keys available for anyone to just get them and have full access to the property. I had to find out about this on my own because this company couldn't call us to let us know what was going on. I wanted to check the status of the inspection so I searched in the Cape Coral website and when I saw the inspector notes I was able to call and speak to him. I called this people back and talked to Alex and he had the audacity to tell me 1 hour after the inspector went by the property that the inspector was an idiot and if I could send someone out there to check on the property and on the lockbox. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. It has been headaches from the start and they DO NOT care about their customers.

This Company was "The Bomb" for us! We had issue with old, out dated garage door opener. Called at 10 a.m. And was fixed by 3 p.m. Same day! Very friendly & kind on customer service, by phone. Guys showed up on time and fixed my problem. I have had a great experience with them I am actually having them put an updated unit in hopefully today or tomorrow im sure they will do a great job.
