Incredibly rude front desk girl, and unexplainably incompetent follow up. I went there on a Friday to get an estimate For a simple, straightforward garage door. Agreed on the door in a color and a price and he said he would do the estimate right away. We thought we’d make it easy and told him just to email it. Four days later I called and the rude girl said it’ll take at least a week (this was my second phone call in a row because she put me through to the sales person and the phone rang about 20 times with no voicemail, what organization has no voicemail?), 10 days later I called, and she said it should take a month to get the estimate? I mean seriously? And the guy told me it would take two months just to get the door? I’m guessing our job is just too small for these people. Inexcusable an incompetent. Don’t go.

Waited 6 days for an appointment, being told on they would call us "morning of" appointment. Our back up batteries were beeping for 6 days. Technical replaces batteries and does a tune up on our 5 year old doors to be sure they are in working order. We pay over $300 for visit and when tech leaves, one door is making an awful noise, a grinding sound. Other door does not close all the way, there is a 1" gap which means critters can get inside garage. Have called 5 times over 8 weeks and we are told there is a "warranty ticket" for us, but we have yet to hear from them. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them.

I will never use this company again. They are a rip-off company. They Nickel and dime you. The first technician quoted a price $275 flat, then he took the garage apart and said drums and all of this other stuff needs to be replaced, the price went from $275 to over $1000.well didn't he know this before he took the garage apart? Of course he did.

I specifically ask for a quote to avoid this from happening, bc I wanted to make sure I had enough funds to cover. I did not have a thousand dollars and could not pay so I ask him to please replace everything back as it was found.he left all the parts thrown on the floor and poles hanging in a hazardous situation. No care no sympathy whatsoever.

I wished that I could give them zero stars. Never will I ever call this company again.

After wasting 5 minutes of my time on the phone, with the less then pleasant customer service person, I was informed that they wouldn't perform service in my area based on my zip code. Frankly, after reading all the other reviews on here, it's probably for the best.

Save your money and time and go to someone who honors loyalty and is reliable. I have known the owner Bob Josselyn for years but since his death this companies front office (Charlene) has repeatedly denied me access to Bob's daughter, Allie, and made several promises to send someone within 2 weeks (it has know been 7 weeks). She blamed it on hurricane Ian, etc. So, while I wanted to be loyal to Bob, I had no choice but to go with a competitor and they will be here in two days. Point is, this new crew at Garage Doors of Naples just does not know how to run a business like Bob, God rest his soul.

I Scheduled an appointment, waited for a week. Then I called to ask how much longer I had to wait for my garage door to be serviced and the answer was: "I don't know! They will call the day before! "
I told the customer service woman that I couldn't wait any longer without knowing so I was going to have to call a different company and she said: ok. This will give you an idea of how much they care about business and providing good service. I gave them 3 stars because the technician that came last time (after many others trying to fix the same issue) was great. Daniel is his name. Otherwise, sorry but It would be a 1.

Scheduled appointment, received call with time window, sensor replacement and door adjustment/lube performed quickly-professionally. Chip answered all my questions and knew his stuff!

Called for service (previous customer) and lady asked for credit card number, and i told her we paid with check. Wanted credit card on file! Stupidily gave it to her, she wanted to know expiration date and 3 digit number on reverse. Finally agreed to give to her, I then asked when would service call be made. She said "we will call you one day before coming". Asked if she could give an idea, and she said "we will call you" and I said could you give me an indication and her response was "maybe this week, next week or the week after". I got a little up tight with her over that response. I told her I was a repeat customer. She could have cared less. I told her I was going elsewhere, and she hung up on me. Thank goodness there are other companies in Naples. Very poor

Our condo community had this company replace all our garage doors a year ago. Even though the doors were not working properly they insisted on payment and threatened to put a lien on our property. We paid and a year later they have still not completed fixing the doors. Now they are claiming that the delay is from the hurricane, even though the problems were there for many months prior to the hurricane. This company is a nightmare.

Chip from Garage Doors of Naples was extremely thorough with repairing and servicing three of my garage doors. I noticed he lubricated every moving part of the door and even cleaned the touch pad for operating the door. He even help set up the remote that’s in my mom’s car visor for free! I’ve only heard good things about them and I don’t think their 3.9 rating is justified by the quality and attention to detail Chip offered us. Thank you!
