They showed up the day after calling. Was quick and professional in getting our spring fixed on the garage door. Would use again.

This company is hands down the best home repair company I have ever used. Fast, efficient, super nice people. Fair pricing. Family owned and operated. Local to Bradenton/Sarasota. I am new to the area and these folks set a high bar for the other home repair companies.

The name of the business should be Garage Service in a few days. We did not get service the same day we called. We got it 3 days later. The name is not what it implies. The tech did nice work from what I can see so far. The fee to come out was $89. Then he mentioned we needed the wires on the side of the doors replaced. We asked him how much our total would be? He said $189. So we said ok. Then we go to pay I sign my name for credit card and the bill was $437.00! Mind you our house/ garage door is only 4 years old! Not a happy customer. He should have told us it was going to be more money!

Same day service was sincerely appreciated. The end result is the door is better than when it was installed 3 years ago!

Top notch customer service. I had to replace my garage door opener and what I wanted wasn't available due to Covid 19 and slow production. Instead of waiting for the model I ordered they gave me a nicer, upgraded model at no extra charge so I wouldn't have to wait. They came on time, were super nice and professional and were very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I was backing into my driveway a couple days ago and my hitch put a dent in my garage door. Found garage service today in the best deals magazine, they came out same day and had a new door panel in the following day. Could not believe the service they gave me. And was very happy I did not have to replace the whole door.

Replaced my old genie with a liftmaster and did some things to the door to make it more quiet.very happy will recommend to friends and family in the area.

Friendly and fast, Tyler was terrific. Garage door springs are very dangerous and he was in and out in less than 30 min, and now our door works. Plus they warranty their work. Local small business doing great work, what more can you ask for?

Tyler came out this morning and replaced a broken belt on my liftmaster opener. He also stated a few minor door maintenance repairs. Everything was up and running within a hour of arrival. Thanks again for the prompt service!

To be honest, a one star is too much to be given to this company. The owner "Richard" if that is his real name was rude, obnoxious, and has the worst customer service reputation for a company that states - "Customer Satisfaction Remains our #1 Priority". That is a bunch of bull if you ask me! My mother had a garage door installed on Oct 22nd 2020 and the next day the garage door did not work. My mom called and explained the issue and was told she needed to pay an additional $500 for a new motor. Richard did not look at the motor nor was he on the property to see if it was even the motor that was the issue. When my mom said she was not going to pay an additional $500 Richard chuckled and said well that's just fine. She was furious with Richard's non nonchalant and non caring attitude that she hung up the phone. My mom is 75 years old and to be treated with such disrespect is beyond belief! I feel my mom was being taken advantage because of her age and you Richard should be ashamed!
I called today to remedy the situation and get some answers to the questions I had and Richard was again very rude and obnoxious! He had the audacity to interrupt me, laugh and tell me I was a third party calling and I had no life! He then hung up on me.who does this? !? !? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone! The so called owner Richard should not be in business!

My nephew accidentally shut the door on a broom handle and set the door sideways hanging in the door tracks. Garage services was out with in 2 hours of my call and was able to fix the door without it damaging my car. I was very impressed and will use again

My service man was Jonathan. He gave a courtesy call and had my door fixed within a couple hours

Richard came to my house late at night a week ago when I got back into town. My garage would not open and he had it running within the hour.

20 year old motor finally gave out called a few different companies that gave me the run around for repair time. Had Garage services come out same day and had all the parts needed for my fix. Tyler was the technician he explained my different options and we went with the belt driven motor. Its so much quieter and a vast improvement over my old screw driven motor. Thanks for the quick reliable service. I will continue to reference your company to anyone in need.
