Garage Zero reviews
20Affordable, polite, over tighten chain on a rear tire swap, didn't lock the 2nd nut on either side,
Always good work. They have serviced 2 of my bikes. Wont ever go to or recommend another shop again as long as they are in business.
I've been riding bikes for years and have seen my share of shops, but Garage Zero stands out as a true gem in the motorcycle community. Every interaction I've had with them has been nothing short of excellent. Whether it's getting new tires fitted or routine maintenance, these guys have consistently delivered top-notch service. What really impresses me is their commitment to timelines; they always get the job done within the estimated time, often even sooner, which is a rarity these days. The pricing at Garage Zero is always fair. I've never felt like I'm being overcharged, and that’s a big deal in an industry where trust is key. Their workmanship is impeccable. I've never had to bring my bike back for a redo, which speaks volumes about their skill and attention to detail. But it’s not just about the repairs. These folks really know their stuff when it comes to bikes. They're not just mechanics; they're enthusiasts who love what they do, and it shows. They've guided me through some tough decisions, always steering me right whether it’s about fixing up my current ride or considering a new purchase. In short, Garage Zero is the best in the business. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone who needs reliable, honest, and expert service for their motorcycle. They're not just a shop; they're a cornerstone of the biker community.
Always willing to help and they have Ben in the bike community for many years definitely highly
recommend!
Very professional and does a great job at fixing all issues. Wouldn’t let anyone else touch my bike!
Unprofessional and not good at all for fixing issues. Do not let these people touch your bike.
Ross and Curtis have taken care of all my bikes. Big or small issues they are professional and extremely transparent as well as knowledgeable. 10 out of 5 Amazing customer service.
(What they were told to do) -change the oil pan with supplied parts.
(What they did) -tightened my clutch all the way down to where I couldn’t shift, put on some random clutch release arm that ain’t even mine and broke the bolt head off, changed me more then the agreed price, broke clips on my fairings which were inspected before drop off.
Spend more money get more quality work. Won’t ever take my bike there again nor will I refer them
WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR
Wasn’t ripped off, bike was visually inspected and the concerns raised were no issues and are due to my misunderstandings - first bike:)
Paid 0$.
Thanks guys.
Highly recommend this honest and knowledgeable place.
Mounted tires for me very quickly when everyone else was closed, or wasn’t capable of mounting a 12 inch tire.
Awesome garage. This crew got my Harley FatBob in for some new tires. Honored a price even after the work was a little more than expected. I’ll be back.
I was a couple bucks short, these guys looked out and was very quick, cool place, cool people️
My experiences with this garage are nothing but above average. Knowledgeable staff, honest work and flexibility with drop off/pick up. They don’t gouge on pricing and they work on more than just bikes. I’ll def be back.
Appreciate yall! Got me back in the saddle. Given out nuggets of knowledge. Not overcharging. Listens to the customer to get an understanding of the situation and then access the situation from a professional point of view and then explains what the cause is and remedy to fix it so you can enjoy ur bike. Thanks again. Curt didn't get to see u this time around but really appreciate the whole crew.
Went in got new tires and brakes work. Reasonable prices, honest and upfront. I plan on using their services again.
These guys really hooked it up, Dropped off an old Yamaha Scoot and now she purrs like a kitten.thanks Ross, Curtis And Ivan
Coming here is a no brainer. Five Star experience every time. They are human just like anyone else so they make mistakes. The difference is they take ownership and fix them the first time. Ross and his team are the best in north east Florida. I never have and I never will take my bike anywhere else.
The guys at Garage Zero are amazing. Super honest and professional, and really fair pricing. The dealership quoted me almost 3 times what Garage Zero did for the same work. They’re also very communicative and kept me updated and informed. All the work they did was perfect. Highly recommend them!
Great service reasonable prices older motorcycles and autos their your guys

Great experience restoring an older bike! This is the best place in Jacksonville FL to get carbed bikes worked on. I took my early 90s sport bike to garage 0 to see if they could get it running again. It had set in the garage for 15 years and was a mess.
They went over the bike and made some general parts and labor suggestions. The called later with an update after getting the engine running, and recomended additional work it needed. They called again as a few more parts and tires were needed. Once they finished the bike they test rode it several more times to help get out the gremlins.
I picked up the bike and was able to go on a ride with friends. Good communication, fair pricing, not scared to work on the older stuff. Able to find older parts on project bikes. Good place.
