I have had much better results since switching to a new doctor. This practice focuses on selling B12 injections and pushing religion, neither of which were in any way beneficial or relevant to my medical needs.

I came here as a last resort after losing my health insurance and had to be detoxed from the Adderall this office prescribed by my new doctor. My diabetes is now under much better control after no progress in over a year at this place. Significantly healthier now.

Would recommend to everyone. Have been coming here for 2 years now and every time I come in they treat me like a long lost friend they are happy to see. Erla is very down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable. Great place and great staff.

The staff is so warm and welcoming! And Dr. Gard is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable! I’ve recommended him to so many people and I’ve never heard a complaint. Besides waiting time

I love Gard Family Medical, I've been going to Dr Gard since the 90s. They were located in Lake Worth on Dixie and have since moved to Okeechobee. Nothing has changed as far as great service and staff.

You always get provided and met with great service, Dr. Gard and his medical staff, are true professionals, highly knowledgable and honest. The front desk are always positive and helpful.

Let me tell you straight up for all his past patients, and current patients, this office and staff does not give the same Tender, loving care with the Christian love, which transcends all spiritual traditions that Dr. CHARLES GARD gave me. I do not feel or see it in making an appointment with office staff, services provided all labs are done out, Gard did them there at no cost and ya da ya da etc. I final got a
good dr. Now finally. Best to his other
patients, besides U can never get in to see Brian Gard, never available!

I started my journey September 27,2018. The entire staff was so encouraging as I took my first step. Now 8 months later and over 60 pounds lighter I am so grateful for this team. I appreciate everyone in the office and I wanted to make sure they know how grateful I am.

Dr. Gard is very knowledgeable and seems genuinely concerned about the overall well-being of his patients. Other providers I have seen in the past at his practice are equally professional and spend quality time with each patient to address their needs. Very busy and crowded place, great service, from staff to doctor. I love the personal attention dedicated to my case, and ensuring i'm provided the best care for the best results. Dr Gard and his staff are awesome.

I booked an appointment with this health care provider, and had some issues after my visit. I still think that communications and response time could be improved, and I sincerely believe that they are working on it. The clinic made contact with me and was interested in resolving the problem (and they did). I think that there is a lot to be said for that. Most businesses simply don’t care what you think after they have your money.

Love the front desk, Doctor and assistants! Everyone is so sweet. Appts are booked out about 1.5months in advance so be prepared to wait if you do not have an appt.but worth it! Also, come early if you are coming during walk-in hours (sometimes there’s a line). Clean office!

Waited a 1hr and 45 minutes and still was not seen. I'm pretty sure this the only pill mill in palm beach county

The entire staff are amazing! I leave there always with a smile on my face. Please bring your patience they are very busy with great reasons. So go on a day your NOT busy. It's worth the wait. Met alot of nice people there aswell. Bring your work or a good book with you.

Dr Gard is a very caring doctor and very knowledgeable on the latest medical advances. He is a family care doctor

I've seen him for many years. Dr. Hard passed away 1-9-18. His family carries on the practice. I will miss him.
