Most horrible experience, take a trimmer to be fix on dec 6 receive a call on Jan to pick it up change a few parts including the carburetor, the worst part here is that was recommended by craftsman comp wow shame on them. I took pick of my trimmer before we take it, it’s not the same one, people with no customer service at all!

Took my mower in to have the mower blades put on. They did the work and had it ready the next day. Pricing was great. I would recommend for any lawn mower repairs.

They did “fix” my mower technically, but when I got it back it was suddenly leaking oil. I called back and they blamed it on everything else except them. I took it somewhere else to check out the leak and they basically told me whoever put the lawn mower screws and cover back on last (which was garden grove lawnmower inc) did not do it correctly and that caused the leak. This other place fixed my leak and so far it has not leaked, but also told me my mower might potentially always leak oil from here on out.

One star is a very high rating. I stopped in last week and discussed a repair and was told my mower would be picked up on Monday or Tuesday. Called Wednesday and was screamed at by the rep on the phone that they don’t promise anything. Talked to Scott the owner and he was just as indignant and unwilling to work with a customer. Called Dave’s and they are all over it. Shame on me.

3/22 update. I called Dave’s power equipment on Highway 27. They picked my mower up the next day. Two days later they returned it with all the repairs and requested Service completed. Didn’t holler at me, didn’t deny they told me something, just did what they said they would do.

My lawnmower was left in the shop for over a month supposedly waiting a part. When I got the call to pick up, I checked, the work I ordered was not done and I was charged. The only reason I give them a 1 is because they refunded my full payment. I will never go back there again or recommend them.

My dad comes up there with a hustler raptor X 42” just to ask some simple questions of what was wrong with it. They couldn’t even look at the mower, there was no other costumers around. Y’all were just being lazy and very rude to my dad. I do not appreciate the disrespect. Def not getting anymore business from me or anyone that I know.

Just called for warranty work on a Briggs and Stratton motor. The Briggs website has them listed as a dealer and warranty center. They refused to work on my motor as this is on a mud boat. Claimed they didn't have to correct tools. When I asked what tools he needed, he claimed he didn't know. I offered to disassemble the outdrive and just bring in the motor. Again they refused to even entertain working on it.

Be cautious with this company. Anyone that would provide the most implausible explanation on how they couldn't work on an engine brand they sell, should be suspect on any thing they tell you.
