The doctors at Gardner Audiology are very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They explain the reason for hearing aids, and if needed they will fit you for them and give you a trial period. I trust Gardner doctors and will continue to get my checkups there.

I would highly recommend you visit Gardner Audiology if you need your hearing tested. The office staff were friendly, the testers were knowledgable. Everything about the testing was explained so you understood the procedure.

Very disappointed with this people. I was suggested by my genetic doctor to see an audiologist every year. After a deep research and reading the good reviews, I gave them a try. They called me to request some information, but the don’t answer the phone and canceled my appointment. I can’t believe how bad their customer service is. Evidently they don’t want to see me and I’ll find someone else, but I’m sad to know how hostile the society have become.

I dealt with an extremely intelligent, friendly staff that cared about me and my needs in words that I could understand and answered all of my questions. I'm going to recommend them to everyone I come in contact with.

I purchased my hearing aids from Gardner Audiology several years ago and they are still working great. This office has also regularly cleaned and adjusted them. I will definitely check with them first when purchasing a new pair.

I recently purchased new hearing aids from Gardner Audiology and am very happy with them. Gardner Audiology staff have been very helpful and patient while making needed
adjustments. They have made getting used to my new aids much easier.

12/21/22. I stopped by the office to see if they could take a quick look at my right hearing aid. It had made a beeping noise twice and I didn't know why. They squeezed me in checked my hearing aid. Couldn't have been nicer.

07/19/23. Had a regular check up appointment and hearing aid check and cleaning. Met Deirdre Hamaker, Au. D. She was very nice and helpful with a minor hearing problem I was having.

Gardner Audiology, located on Gunn Hwy. Tampa were very helpful so nice and professional. The audiologist was extremely helpful, very nice and so professional, so knowledgeable.
She paired my hearing aids to my New cell phone. The sound is so clear through my cell phone. Thanks to all the staff for seeing me on very short notice.
My Phonak hearing aids are the Best.
I would Highly recommend Gardner to anyone that has an issue with there hearing.

While I love Gardner I was not happy with my technical. I kept having to repeat myself. She was not reassuring.

I appreciate how Dr Lauren Benoit explains what is needed and I enjoy how she listens to my questions and answers it fully. Every visit I've had was great. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of hearing assistance.
