Staff is great and helpful all the time. Gibson is awful. She barely listens to you, seems stoned on meds half the time, and has been heard mocking clients about money behind the door after asking about how much medicines and treatments are. Used to be a great place. Then all we had left was Gibson

I switched our 3 dogs to Garrison Animal Hospital in July, and I could not be happier! Dr. Gibson, Krista and the entire staff has been very friendly, attentive, and thorough. I am very satisfied. I appreciate them very much, and highly recommend them!

Absolutely terrible. Over $300 later, Took my dog in who was extremely sick (vomiting after every meal and extreme weight loss). They took blood and I was told my dog had nothing wrong with him. The Doctors solution was putting my dog on canned wet food. During this visit, they never truly examined my dog. I kept stating concerns & it’s like I wasn’t being listened to. We took him home and he started getting worse as the week went on. I called and made him an emergency appointment at animal medical center of Brooksville, where they did labs and X-rays. My dog was diagnosed with a cancer mass taking over his chest. So my dog suffered longer than he needed to due to the lack of care at garrison.
My boy is being put to sleep due to his condition and I was told by this doctor that he was fine.so sad of the lack of care and knowledge that came from this place.

Garrison Animal Hospital was kind enough to squeeze me in on a Friday as a new patient with my dog. The staff was so so so kind to me, my baby, and my dog. I appreciate them so much! So thrilled that I have found Animal Hospital! I will absolutely be bringing all of my pets here!

We had an unusual challenge with our cat Izik… He is a domestic longhair that gets tangled up in knots and will not allow himself to be groomed. I contacted Garrison Animal Hospital asking for help. They sedated him and got the job done! They were very helpful and the vet tech team was also very informative about feline cat health. Doctor was very kind and the job got done excellently! We are very happy that Izik is now comfortable and the entire procedure went well. Thank you to Garrison vet Hospital

Garrison Animal Hospital entire staff is professional caring and love what they do. I recommend GAH to anyone who is looking for a Vet Doc. I have used them for the past ten yrs.nevertheless it’s always a pleasure bringing my baby here. Five stars hands down

My dog was bitten by another dog. They were able to see her the same day. Office was not overcrowded with other animals. It was clean. Staff was very friendly. They didn’t charge excessively. The were kind to my dog. This will be my pups permanent vet now!

The visit was Buddy's annual and it went well for all. Buddy was calm and cooperative. Both Tech and Doc made him feel good about being there. As usual both myself and Bud may not have enjoyed all that was necessary, but he was comfortable throughout. Even tho office is not close to where we live it is good for him and helpful with diet and exercise hints to keep him healthy and they seem to enjoy what they do and care about his well-being. They did care for him when he had an injury and he is not fearful when he goes. Also the office is very clean and odorfree. Staff inside and reception warm and efficient. Thank you all️

Moved to Spring Hill a few years ago and we are so happy we brought our animals to Garrison! They are very friendly and helpful and handle our dog and cats amazingly

I just moved to the area and my dogs needed immediate attention. They were able to fit me in same day and were so kind! Wasn't expecting to need a vet so soon but very glad I found them!

Garrison came through when I was in need and having issue with my previous vet and since they have provided excellent service to my precious Daisy Mae ️

My regular vet was not able to see my pup who was miserable with an ear infection. I called Garrison Animal hospital at 8: 30 am and we were in the office for a 9: 30 appointment. Our pup was feeling so much better the next day after the prescribed meds. And I received a call the next day to check on her. Thank you Garrison for going above and beyond!

Awesome experience. Appreciate being seen when my vet if over 20 years could not manage to fit my puppy in to being seen for gi issue.

I called their office they were very polite and I had an emergency for my dog and they got me right in they are the best!
