The front desk person, a female at check in was AMAZING! Wish I could remember her name. Dr. Kalser was kind, friendly and thorough. This was my first appointment with Dr. Gary Kalsar The female assistant that got my weight, temp, blood pressure and asked if I had allergies which i told her of the antibiotic and spelled it for her and she wrote the name of that antibiotic on sheet. After exam with Dr. Kalser, he walked me to back desk and and asked the admin staff there, a male and a female to make me an appointment to come back to him in 2 weeks for follow up after going to a medical facility for test. Staff there sheduled me an appoint for 2 weeks later for follow up and after telling me name of facility which one of the locations was rigbt next door to their office. I asked for appt with sa.e facility but at different location which was much closer to my residence which they said yes and I was very grateful.
They printed a completed document that had neccessary information for procedure which I didn't read until the next day and discovered very important information was Incorrect! And this document was now in my medical records for this office This was my first office appointment with Dr. Kalser. On this document there was a landline telephone number that hasnt been my telephone number for 3 years and the most disturbing were the typed words NO KNOW. ALLERGIES. I have multiple food allergies and a very strong allergy to a antibiotic. That information was handwritten by me on the forms at check in and I also gave a 5 page document of the food and plants that i am allergic to and level of allergy. How could anyone make that Huge mistake. I called Dr. Kalsar's office and asked that my Medical Record for that office be updated immediately with the correct information. This makes me Very hesitant to continue medical care with this facility.

Best prostate cancer doctor ever! I have been cancer free for years due to Dr. Kalser's cutting edge cryotherapy surgery without the side effects of radiation and chemotherapy. If you are 50 or older do yourself and your family a big favor, go see Dr. Kalser for an annual checkup. Early detection and treatment is very important in cancer treatments.

Worked me in and was very professional and helpful with my problem. Office staff efficient and helpful. Dr. Klaser answered all my questions. Good experience.

Doctor K is very straight forward in relaying information regarding care. His staff are also pleasant to desl with.

The wait time has been a bit long at times. But once your in, straight down to business, and your out in no time.

Dr Kalsar is a great doctor. He understands and appreciates my challenges as a cancer patient. I feel totally comfortable with the care and treatments from Dr Kalsar and his entire team from front desk to surgery.

Everyone is very professional and puts you at ease. Dr Kalser is the best and gets to the root of the problems. He found a stone on my bladder that he said was the largest he’s ever seen and I must’ve had it about 10 years.
