Gary Rack's Farmhouse Kitchen - Delray Beach reviews
16Great spot for brunch. Bottomless mimosas at $15 is a good deal. Big fan of the cinnamon dipped french toast here. Gets busy on the weekends though and a little cramped on the inside so I'd recommend trying to get a table outside.
Food was surprising delicious! Enjoyed my nuts and seed chicken and the coffee ribeye. The lake and some soda was the bomb. The key lime pie was better than Key West!
I asked our server for the (mushroom burger) special but with the “special sauce” on the side. The server never indicated that this would be a problem. When I was subsequently served the dish with the sauce smeared all over it, I politely returned it and requested a replacement. A different server shortly appeared with the same burger indicating that substitutions were not permitted and that the chef was intransigent on this issue. He informed me that I’d have this burger or nothing. Not happy… will not return.

We originally dismissed Farmhouse thinking we would not like it. However, we came here for brunch on Sunday morning and were pleasantly surprised. The service was great but the food was much better than expected. We will definitely come back again.
I would like to say that the people that we're working yesterday were super nice. The food was okay but way to expensive. A glass of wine was $13.00 a chicken sandwich $17.00 a a piece of pie $10.00.my opinion it's not worth it.
Another fun downtown Delray Beach experience! Everything was prepared perfectly and the bottomless mimosas were very effective. Would definitely recommend for a great, uncrowded weekend brunch.
This place is amazing. Outstanding service, and very intriguing, healthy selection for food. Boyfriend got the meatloaf which looked incredible, and my salad with an entire half of an avocado rolled in sesame seeds was outstanding. Really loved the zucchini chips as well, but we ate those way too quickly to take a picture. Will definitely be back soon.
The services was good, and the food was ok.
I'm not one to usually look very closely at my bill, but I noticed an up-charge with my drink of $3.00 for my Titos mule. It was already a Titos mule, and they charged $15.00 each. The line below had an up charge of $3.00 for Titos. The waitress said they are trying to get their computers fixed. She took it off and printed a new receipt apologizing for the mistake. That caused me to look closer, and they had a BS covid charge for $2.79. I asked her about the amount, and she said it was the owner's way of collecting because of covid. I won't come back, and it makes me think the owner also has his computer system up charging for drinks hoping to collect on people not looking at their bill closely. Very sneaky!
This place is very cool! Healthy options served in a very cool way. Staff were nice and service was quick. Prices also very solid for the product served.
Great place to watch people on Trendy Atlantic Ave. Make sure to sit at East side of bar, you will not be disappointed! The Buffalo Cauliflower is their signature Appetizer!
The waitress was exceptionally nice (1 star). The food was unusual and not for us. I cannot say the food was good as the total menu was not the usual menu (Example: Bison Burgers) - My wife and I did not enjoy and I personally would get a menu on the computer before deciding whether to go.
Be advised that they are still charging a “Covid fee for extra cleaning” of 3% of the entire bill for dine-in. I’ve watched them multiple times and trust me, they’re not doing anything special for Covid. It’s a scam.
They do not disclose their fee before you dine and it’s tacked on as some random named charge. It’s in tiny font at the bottom of the menu, like anyone is gonna think to read there for a random fee. Beware! Very sketchy.
It’s 3% of all dine in and then 10% of carry out! That’s absolutely insane! Go to any of the other restaurants on Atlantic instead and don’t get taken advantage of.
We had a big group with a lot of drinks and food. They added on a charge we didn’t recognize and the waitress said it was a fee for Covid for them to clean and stuff. They didn’t even wipe the bar down in between customers. This upset our group and the bartender was rude about it. Pretty much a ripoff … go to salt or to the office. Better drinks, service and no Covid fee.
Nice place on the corner easy to find with street parking. There is a lot behind the restaurants its a 4 hour min. They have outdoor tables and inside. They also have outdoor barstool section. The hostess was kinda nice. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. The cool thing is it's farm to table.
The bison burger was really good with caramelized onion little bit sauce and served with sweet potato with a dipping sauce. The tacos were really good and nice soft shells. The waiter checked on us several times which I love and the manager would make rounds too. The overall service here was really good. It was a pleasant lunch eating here.
Excellent food and a great happy hour. The wait staff and the managers Adam and Peter are always eager to please their customers. Karl has been our waiter the past three times we’ve visited and he’s always on top of our needs.
This was my 1st time here and I was very impressed with the food and the service, And the knowledge of the server of knowing their menu so well and the types of beer they have
