Took my truck in the next day and fixed it while I was 1400 miles from home, friendly to me as well as my dog that recieved 6 biscuits from various employees. I have never been to a better dealer, thanks

Brought my car in for transmission work, as I have a warranty. My car will be going back soon for the exact same problem. Thank God I have a warranty! If I didn't it would be going to a different shop.

I am beyond thankful for the help that Hemi and the service guys gave me today. I was nearly in tears that I would have no vehicle for at least a week, possibly longer. I am a single mother and we are down a vehicle already due to my daughter's being totaled by a drunk driver several months ago (but who can afford the prices of used cars right now) ? I'm also a teacher and not working (or getting paid) this summer, so cost was a scary, scary thought, as well.
Hemi felt my pain and somehow performed, what can only be called, a miracle by having a mechanic figure out the issue within an hour! I feel so completely blessed, and the plaque that is prominently displayed in the service department area is spot on. When this was Ford of Ocala, they were NEVER this personable or considerate and caring. When Honda of Ocala changed hands and went downhill, I chose not to get another Honda, which is how I ended up with a Ford. This is the ONLY time I've been completely happy with everything, and knowing it's because it's the first time I (personally) have dealt with the service department since the change, I'm looking forward to having a place that I trust to care for me and my children for future purchases as well! And while I was waiting, almost everyone working continued checking on me to be sure that I was being helped. It was just such a nice experience all around. Thank you, Gary Yeomans- you are absolutely keeping this customer. Thank you again, Hemi!

Had to get a recall fixed for my Ford Focus. Was told that it'd take much of the day as I arrived at 8am. However, once the service gentleman got the car he assured me it wouldn't be long and he was true to his word. This generic "it'll take x amount of generalized time" needs to go and be replaced with some knowledgeable analytics of what is already scheduled and known variables included. Imo

I recommend Brandon F.to anyone and everyone. Great salesman and real standup, honest guy when it comes to vehicles. I didn’t end up buying anything today…but I’ll be back real soon and going straight to him.

Took my vehicle in for service. Amber Bishop is professional and cares about the customer.
Sadly as my vehicle was being backed out it struck another truck, (accidents happen). The service tech acknowledged fault an was sincerely sorry. A manager came & took a statement. I have provided additional documentation & I am waiting to hear back from the manager/dealership.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Had the vehicle 3 weeks (not even touched), no communication at all, kept saying was next in line and would get back with me that same day. Mike Hall has no customer service skills at all. Called numerous times and my wife as well. Horrible, will be going to another dealer! Service Manager didnt even have the courtesy to come and talk to me. Left him a message and no return call. Go figure.

Went for an interview, while the staff was friendly and accommodating, I waited 30 minutes for the technical manager who never showed up.
