I just wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate Rich and Lisa in the service department for helping me (more then anyone else has helped me since I’ve purchased my car) and Nater is such a sweet genuine guy that is going to definitely be helping me when I purchase my next car thank you all for you help 10/10 recommend!

The folks at Gary Yeomans Honda are the absolute best to do business with. They are all helpfull and friendly. Brittany was very knowledgeable with
all the questions we had about our new car. We would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new or previously owned car. The showroom / waiting area was spotless and they have great hot chocolate.

The sales associate, Abria Isabel, was amazing! She has an upbeat and enjoyable spirit. She is also knowledgeable on the Honda product, despite being one of their newest associates.
During my experience, Abria did not hesitate to offer me a refreshment. At one point she handed me two bags of chips and said, “Here, you look hungry”, as if I were a guest in her own home.
The rest of the sales team were also kind and professional. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase their vehicle.
Did we all have to come to a place where I felt good with their offer on my trade in, and where my down payment and monthly payments would fit within my financial situation? Absolutely! That goal was definitely accomplished.
I drove away that evening, not only with a new vehicle, but feeling that my financial situation was respected and honored. And to think, it all started with Abria’s kindness and huge smile.

I recently purchased a used 2021 Honda Accord from Gary Yeoman's Honda dealership in Daytona, FL on November 7th, and I must say my experience has been nothing short of disappointing, concerning, and very frustrating.

During the test drive, I noticed a constant clicking noise coming from the base of the windshield/dash area within the cabin as I drove the vehicle. Ismail, my salesman, assured me they would take care of it if I decided to purchase the vehicle. We negotiated a deal with Michael, the sales manager and ensured that it is a great vehicle and that I would receive my missing owners manual, but our problems didn't end there.

When we met with the Finance Manager, I discovered he was providing false information about my monthly car payment. His numbers simply didn't add up, and when I questioned him, he adopted a condescending tone, insisting he was right. After crunching the numbers on multiple car payment calculators in front of both him and Ismail, it became clear that his calculations were indeed incorrect. This left me with the impression that they were trying to manipulate the numbers to their advantage, not the buyer's.

After resolving the payment issue, they agreed to fix the windshield/dash clicking problem, and I was scheduled to pick up the car the next day and insisted i wasn't in a rush as I wanted it fixed correctly. When I returned, Daniel, another manager, assured me everything was fixed and promised to send me the car's manual, which was missing. However, I have still not received the manual, and that's not the end of my troubles.

The first time it rained on the vehicle since I bought the car a mere 8 days later (11.15) I discovered a significant issue with the vehicle – there was half an inch of rusty water on the passenger side floor of the cabin. I promptly changed the cabin air filter, which was soaked and more water poured out. I called the dealership and spoke to Noah, who told me to bring the car in for service and promised a loaner. However, when I arrived at the service bay and explained the issue to Manuela and insisted that this issue be fixed right this time by replacing the windshield. Shortly thereafter, I was told there were no loaners available and that I'd have to wait until Tuesday for my appointment. Just what I needed to hear as Florida is experiencing constant tropical rain storms this week.

As I wait patiently for the rain to stop and for the dealership to correct/address my concerns, more water continues to pour into my cabin, soaking up all the towels I've placed down. I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation is unfolding as I have to wait for the dealership as the situation only gets worse with each passing day/rain shower. Today (11.17), I received an email stating that my parts were ordered, but instead of a windshield, they ordered an umbrella! What am I going to do with an umbrella, as the issue isn't with me getting wet in the rain but that my car is flooding with water? This situation has left me questioning how long the car had been leaking water before I purchased it and or if they "fixed the clicking noise" by creating a bigger issue, and I can only imagine the internal rust and potential damage to my electronics in/and behind the dash.not to mention the mold that will grow because of the heat/moisture as it sits waiting for the dealership to rectify this situation. This is certainly not the vehicle that they promised it would be.

The dealership preaches customer satisfaction and full transparency as their goal, but their actions have been far from it. This has been a disgustingly disappointing experience, and I'm deeply concerned about the quality of service and the condition of the vehicle I purchased from Gary Yeoman's Honda.

dale service manager is a great guy marybel and Manuela the service advisors are great very honesty I have worked with both of them my review for this dealer ship is only concerning the service department I would not buy a car from them

Years after buying my car from here, they continue to impress! Rich and Garrett in parts went above and beyond to help me just before close. They stayed after just to ensure that my car would be finished, working, and all done correctly. Can’t thank them enough for coming through in a pinch for an important issue! Each and every time I stop by, all of the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure all your needs are being taken care of.

I had some things on a vehicle I was going to purchase that I wanted fixed in order to make the deal. They agreed. Some of that was a paint job on the hood and roof. You can still see all the scratches even after paint job.

The sales man, Alex M, told us they would fix our hitch cover on the back. They didn’t not do so.

Also we noticed there was an issue with the headlight and immediately contacted them to let them know. They said they would look into it but decided it wasn’t a safety concern so didn’t do anything. Half of the light doesn’t light up and flashes on start up.

This would have been a 5 start review if they would have done the very small list of things that was wrong. When you spend $30+ thousand on a vehicle, I expect it to be correct.

However we do love our ride!
