I believe the woman who helps you schedule an appointment is named Colleen. She was amazing. I had to move my appointment because of an issue with Best Buy and she made sure to find a time to squeeze me in the very next day. They offer half off on your 2nd service if it’s done within the same week, I appreciate that as I needed an old gas dryer disconnected, then after the new gas dryer was delivered, I needed that one connected. I would absolutely use them again.

Don't waste your time. Called a few weeks ahead to book an appointment. Called same day to confirm they were still coming and was told indeed they were still coming. Never showed or called me. Very frustrating considering I planned my day and adjusted my work schedule to make sure I was home for this appointment. Also, called during the office hours and the phone rang off the hook. Very unprofessional.

We had Tony from Gasmasters Tampa come out to work on two gas fireplaces in our home. Tony got right down to work, found the problems and was very practical in his solutions. Price was reasonable and we totally trusted his work. Thanks Tony & thanks Gasmasters.

Thank you to Toni who revived and repaired our propane fireplace and installed a new remote. First time it’s worked in several years. Another company told us we’d have to replace the entire fireplace at a cost of over $12,000!

My gas range recently quit and i was lucky enough to have Toni come out for the service call, unfortunately the range was not fixable. Today she came out and switched out the old for the new, and i couldn't be happier.she is beyond knowledgeable and I hope Gasmasters realize how lucky they are to have her.i did have some issues with the office and I think they over book and way over work her. And with this experience not sure the office thinks that customer service is key. When you over promise and over schedule, customer service fails. Working with gas appliances has to be handled with care, and Toni is on top of her game.so very glad i met her

I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. They have very poor communication with the client and amongst their own organization. Three times that have come unprepared to the job. They have left the job to go back to the warehouse and did not return. They come on unscheduled days and they DO NOT show up on scheduled days. They change set schedules without communicating. The company that I purchased my home generator from subcontracted Gas Masters of Tampa for the gas hook up which has been a nightmare and has been dragging on for months.

I want to give a shout out to Toni, Juan and Adrian on the exemplary work they did today on replacing a corroded gas riser fitting and preventative maintenance on a gas heater. It is expert professionals like them who diagnose and address things properly and efficiently. Thanks!

Gasmasters installed a new gas line on our commercial building yesterday and we couldn't be happier with their performance and professionalism. David and Carlos did a fantastic job on the install and were great to work with. Our estimator was also top-notch.we got our quote back quickly and he was very professional and informative. Office staff was always communicative and kept us informed from start to finish. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Too bad you can't give 0 stars. The first time Gas Masters showed up (after waiting 3 weeks) they arrived with the wrong parts.things happen. They said they would be back the following Monday.no show. I called. "We will get you on the schedule as soon as possible and call you back and let you know when". They never called back. I called almost every day for a week. Was told I was on the schedule. AGAIN they did not show and never called. I talked to someone in the office again.they were going to see where the tech was and call me back. NO CALL BACK! How does a company treat customers like this and stay in business.

I had a good experience with gasmasters. I got 4 or 5 quotes for gas tankless water heaters and asked questions about the name brand, model, warranty, price, labor, etc. Richard answered all my questions via phone or text and he didn't try to upsale me. My neighbor had used and recommended them. Gasmaster's had the best price, they did the $550 Teco rebate for us, and they also registered the unit for the warranty. Johnathon was the lead tech. They arrived early, they were polite, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. They also service the system annually for a reasonable fee. I'm always nervous when using a new company but I had a good experience. My only complaint is inflation but it's everywhere. Thank you, Tess

The service representative was so unprofessional. She didn't know what she was doing and she complained and dropped her tools everywhere. Management is fine but they have their hands full with the field staff. I'm still waiting for a callback and I have damage to my property that they need to correct but not getting any answers.

Gas Masters really went above and beyond. Their availability was far out and my client needed their services asap. They did everything they could to fit me in and they did. Toni was the technician and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and took her time to complete all the work needed to get the gas working, the pilot on, and make sure there were no leaks. Her patience and customer service was incredible as the work needed was not what was expected for the original service call. If I ever need gas services on my personal home, I will only use Toni at Gas Masters. Great customer service is hard to come by and they also answered their phone every time I called! Thank you!

Very happy with Gasmasters. Over the years they have run gas piping for an Accessory dwelling, accessory structure, replaced a water heater and added a just in time water heater for Erehwon Retreat, the 1st vacation rental in Old Seminole Heights.
