I was experiencing severe stomach pain and went in for an appointment with Dr. Deutsch for the first time ever. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I was trying to describe to him how I was feeling and the symptoms I had been experiencing when he kept interrupting me and disputing everything I said. He acted as if he did not believe me, my symptoms, and the pain that I was feeling. Every time I spoke, he would down play everything I said. He doubted everything I described and said. When I asked if he could order some blood tests or scans, he became offended and belittled me for suggesting it. He said, it was “a waste of time and money and would show nothing. ” He suggested that I just go home and take more of the same over the counter products, that I had already been taking and it didn’t help me. He didn’t listen to me, only over talked me. He was really argumentative, insulting and rude. He was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, Don’t go here. Save your insurance dollars and Go see a real doctor. If you’re looking for effective, efficient and professional help and compassionate care-Don’t come here. Dr. Deutsch is a joke. He does nothing to help you. It was such a horrible experience with Dr. Deutsch. I never ever want to see him ever again.

Dr. Sternthal is awesome. He listens well and provides detailed information. He has a passion for helping his patients, and it shows. I trust Dr. Sternthal completely and know I'm in good hands.

My nurse Aviv (not sure if spelled right) is wonderful. She works on Thursday and has so much compassion. She has made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I was somewhat nervous at the beginning but Thanks to her I am good now.

Thank you Dr. Schneider for the great news that you just gave me today. I love you with all my heart you are the best doctor. Thank you for taking care of me and thank you and thank you and thank you. Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

I go to Dr. Deutsch. He is extremely caring and explains everything. Have recommended him to several friends.

Waiting times between appointments, tests and visits to see the tests. More than a month to see the Dr. Plus 3 months to do a test and then another month and some to see the doctor again, that is totally unacceptable. We go to the Dr. Because we have a problem to solve in a short time and not to delay it over time and make the problem worse.

I have been seeing Dr. Schneider for over 20 years. He is a great Doctor and an amazing person.

Every staff member I encountered was very helpful and nice. Martini at check-in with her style and personality is enough to keep me coming back, Emily is very kind and caring, and Priscilla at procedure scheduling is very pleasant and informative. Dr Arai gave me very helpful advice for my issue and I felt very comfortable with him and confident that I will be in great hands for my procedures.

I came in early as suggested by the appointment agent, in order to complete forms etc. However, it was a sincere pleasure that not only did I have no forms to fill and was taken in after about 15-minute wait. Everyone I had contact with, from the front desk to the surgical coordinator, Priscilla were very excellent and professional in the discharge of their duties. If feels automated.

Gastro Health is a well run healthcare service provider. I was on time they were on time the doctor was on time. Their systems worked perfectly and I was out of there and far less time than I would have expected.

Quick check-in and I was taken back quickly. Dr. Ernstoff was very thorough and answered any concerns I had.

Dr. Arai and his staff are amazing. I would like to thank all of you for taking care of me when I needed it. A special thank you to Dr. Arai.

The staff at GASTRO HEALTH are well trained and versed at their specific jobs. I was quite impressed by the level of attention and speediness of responses. Dr. Ross explained in detail what to expect and was attentive to my needs.

Seems like everything is done very smoothly.
Everyone seems to be very nice from all the girls up front behind the seen and the doctors.

Nurse Practioner Adriana Acosta is wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, everything you want from a provider
