NP Michele was excellent, caring and very informative. But this is my second hospital admission for diverticulitis and now colitis but never saw someone from the practice

I have to change this review to a one star because of the dirty disgusting place. I just walked out of with nasty people that work there. Nurse takes me in the room and tells me to sit down and I look at the chair. It looks like somebody picked their nose all over it and I told her the chairs dirty she says what do you want me to do about it? I said this is a doctor's office. You should clean it and she went off on me. She started screaming at me. I will never go back here. I will tell everybody I know that this is a disgusting place. They got nothing but attitude at the front counter. I should have never gone here in the first place. I will write this review on a new website that's available.

This is a dirty, disgusting, and unsanitary place. I was brought into the doctor's office this morning late to see the doctor I looked at the chair or she told me to sit and there was boogers all over the chair I told her this is dirty. It needs to be cleaned and she started screaming at me. What do you want me to do about it, I screamed back.this is a doctor's office and should be clean. The front staff here is horrible.the love to fight with patients instead of cleaning
don't go here unless you want attitude and a dirty place. I will write letters to the corporate office letting them know how disgusting this clinic is, and maybe they'll do something about it for the next person I won't go back. Let them try to charge me because I walked out. I'll call them medical board and health department too.

Nicole Monroig is amazing and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Sequoia has also been so wonderful in helping me schedule further tests.

Communication with the doctor was excellent and the office staff as well as the nurse.

I was able to get an earlier appointment. Check in was smooth, I didn’t wait long to see the doctor. We discussed my case, set up a future appointment and I was in my way.

Dr. Cavell and her assistant Nicole are the best. Professional and truly care. The staff is very attentive to the patients needs. I'm so fortunate to have them.
