Every one there is attentive and caring. I am a people watcher, always have been, I guess you can say I am “socially inquisitive”…hahaha, every one on staff is attentive and patient.

Ryan and Kelly were incredibly understanding during my intense anxiety and I greatly appreciate them. They were highly informative and assured me of my improvement with my gut health. The kind Receptionist was very accommodating as well.

I hate going to the doctor but my experience here so far has been great Kelly really listened to me and explained everything wry well. Very happy I came here!

The ladies up front super nice and funny. Great team. Kelly nurse practitioner was wonderful wonderful!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Bhutta to discuss my EoE and care treatment for it. He was a wonderful listener, answering all my questions before I could even ask them. Dr. Bhutta provided guidance, comfort, and a plan of action as we proceed with figuring out the answers to this pesky disorder. I feel heard and cared for, and that's SO important when it comes to anything medically related.

Also a HUGE shoutout to Lisa. She assists Dr. Bhutta and has been wonderful in assisting me with obtaining necessary appointments. She's thorough in her communication and gets things done. I couldn't appreciate her more!

Staff is curious and nice, and treatments and results were explained well and done with professionalism

As to your response of "please contact us to address the issue" there in lies the issue! I have been trying to reach you guys for 4 days regarding the RX you were supposed to send to the pharmacy. I have left numerous voicemails at different extensions with 0 calls returned. Your phone system is a nightmare! I will NOT be returning!

So difficult to make an appointment called several time left voice mail and still waiting for someone to call,

Everything the way the doctor spoke to me explain what was going on with me and what we're going to do about what's going on he was just great he spoke to me on my level

I called at 8AM to get an appointment with Dr. Bhaskar. He had no appointments open until later in the month but I was able to see his PA, Divya at 11AM same day. Everyone from the appointment maker to the receptionist to Divya were great. The fact that I could get in the same day was amazing.

I had to change my appointment a few times. They were very good and worked with me. No problems. Ms. Kelly was awesome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gastro Health to my family.

Everyone was very courteous and professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Bhutta was exceptional.

Dr. Goya was extremely kind and patient. He listened to my issues and proposed a thoughtful plan to address.

Staff at check in very helpful. Kept me informed when we had a slight delay in going back to the intake room.

APRN Divya super sweet easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable with.
Young lady with glasses who checked me in also very sweet.
Keep employees like them and you’ll have a great staff.

I like the doctor when i met him how he extended his hands, and wasn’t afraid to touch his patients and how he set and talk with me about what was going on with me and I like how I was feeling in the waiting room. It was nice and calm.

The medical staff especially Kelly Johnson APRN is very competent and very professional. I have been very impressed with my level of care, explanations and level of interest displayed by all of the staff that I have encountered. I would recommend Gastro Health to anyone without reservation.

Great staff, from the front door to Winnie the nurse, and Dr. Glen Vanderzalm. They are kind, friendly, very knowledgeable, and excellent customer service skills. Great experience!
