The staff are communicative and so very friendly. They make scheduling, and checking in, and out easy (even if there are difficult directions.)
The wait time is usually brief (10-20 minutes).
Dr Strippoli has great bedside manner, explains procedures for the regular person and will answer questions until you understand. He has been my Gastro go to for 8 years!

Dr. Sohail Sheik is a very unprofessional Doctor. God gives you the punishment for playing with patients. I had a colonoscopy by Dr. Shiek Sohail because I had a lot of bleeding in the stool so after the colonoscopy I had to go for him to follow up and I went to the doctor's office and I have waited 3 hours and I asked one of them they said everyone at lunch. So I walked out and complained about this situation but no response from the doctor. As a doctor, he should call me how is it going on. My situation is too bad now. Just waste time with this kind of unprofessional doctor.

Please get better receptions. I called to look for a new doctor and see who is avialable and she acting like it's hard to help me out. As stated, new to the area, so how in the world would I know the doctors in that office. This is the second time I called, first time they placed me on hold and as soon as 12noon hit the call hung up.

I have been to this location because I like Doctor Sohail Shaikh. Unfortunately, it's hard to make an appointment or try to speak with someone in the clinic. I have three weeks trying to communicate with someone. The personnel called me twice, but I could not answer calls during my meetings. When I call again, no one answers. It’s like a game of calling more than 6 times a week and leaving more than a couple voice messages until the personnel wants to call back. I hope this location improves the service to their customers/patients. Office communication is VERY poor.

Dr. Azzawi was very personable and down to earth, he took the time to explain my situation in detail which I do appreciate.

I’m Md Sharif, a current patient of Sohail Shaikh at his East Boynton Beach location. I had an appointment today at 12: 15. I arrived at the office at 12: 00, checked in the reception. I left work early to make it to my appointment. I had to wait at reception for an hour. Around 1 pm, I was called and taken to a room. I, then waited for another 45 minutes, mind you I asked where the doctor was a couple times. Around 1: 45 pm I was fed up, I came out of the room again and I saw that the entire building was empty. I, then had my wife call the office. However, she was told that they were at lunch and they would not be able to do anything. This is harassment. How do you leave a patient in a room and go to lunch? Does no one check the rooms before they leave? This is down right abandonment. I will be taking legal action against todays actions.

Excellent first visit. Great team and Doctor. Dr Strippoli is very caring and gave clear instructions. Dee explained very well what I needed to do to have my tests done. Thank you.

Nothing! I did not get a prescription from the doctor. Called back twice to remind them to send off the prescription. The woman who answered was rude and told me that a message was left for the doctor and that the doctor will send off the prescription. To date I have not received the proscription. The pharmacy hasn’t received it either. This is not how a doctor’s office should treat a sick patient who needs help. I’m going tell all of my friends not to ever visit this office. No care whatsoever! Very sad and disappointed! God help you all. Or maybe you all don’t believe in God. Very sad: (
