If 0 was a option they would get that. They won't accept personal checks nor bank checks made out to account holder, only bank checks payable to Gateway. Very strange as I bought a classic at their competition and paid with my personal check. Don't waste your time on Gateway as there mostly overpriced and under performing. They are just another used car dealer so buyer beware. Will say the salesperson was very helpful and needs to work at a better place where customers are appreciated. Yes they will accept a personal check. Told me the check must clear before vehicle is released. The vehicle I bought was paid for with a personal check and drove car home same time. Again, buyer beware

Process went smooth and joe stayed on top of things during the whole process. The car is exactly what was stated when it arrived.

It's great to see all the old cars and they can sell yours with a large viewing group to get it done fast.

All the tactics of a dishonest and shady business operation exist here. Zero integrity, zero professionalism.

Within their "AS-IS" statements, Gateway indicates they "shall and will make reasonable efforts to disclose any known defects associated with each vehicle prior to the close of a sale at the buyer's request, " but this is untrue, and they will go as far as to put a buyer in danger and conceal a vehicle's problems to sell and offload their inventory.

Went to buy a car had check and insurance everything ready, but the car had a few problems dash instruments wouldn't work heater and AC didn't work. I told them it would need to be fixed. They gave me a lower price if they fixed everything except AC. I said that would be fine, but I contacted them three times about when it would be done and I could pick up the car but they never called, so three days later I found another car at another dealer.

Hundred of classics for sale here. 1940s to current years. Also a car show on last Saturday of every month except December. 9 to noon.

They have an amazing show room. If you love classic cars and trucks this is a great place.

It's like seeing a museum of cars, but you can buy them! Gorgeous collection that's free to browse and admire. Anyone who appreciates classic cars of any make (Ford, Chevy, Buick, Porche, etc.), will find something to smile at (or purchase) in here. And while I'm not versed in the values of these machines, the prices are pretty reasonable. A very cool place, even just to look around and enjoy.
