Gateway Dental Civic Center, Miami FL

Well my experience in the past has been positive, but now I been trying to reach them for over 2 days including today.
They have not answered the phone or returned my call. And they claim in the robot recording to reply to your text message but they don’t answer the phone, return phone messages or text
Even if you have an emergency and even if you spent 5K or so last year.
I am now looking for another dentist to take care of my dental emergency

Fantastic clinic and superb service! I had a big pain in my tooth and they took me as a walk in right away. Everyone were professional and the price was excellent not having an insurance to cover it. I also tried the community smiles dental clinic right before this one and they refused to even take me. This place beats all my expectations.

This was probably the best dental experience I’ve had in my entire life. The agony of a routine cleaning no longer haunts me. I now look forward to my next dental cleaning!

Don’t answer their phone…not confident in their dentistry if they can’t handle simple business tasks

The two young ladies are helpful. They helped me to get my appointment the day that I wanted. The dentist and the hygienist took care of me. They did the work that I needed. No more no less. They are joyful, polite, and attentive. I recommend it. I visited the Jackson hospital branch. Great work. Thanks

Well i don’t know about everybody else’s experience being there but I have no complaints. My wait didn’t take long, everybody was friendly and professional yes they were talking but that’s normal for any job.

The worst dental clinic in South Florida. Sub standard facility. It seems they are just running behind to get the maximum money out of you if you are a new patient. I had a bad experience with them. Asked them to provide my patient records 20 days ago, followed them a week after over phone, emailed them and called them again. They just don’t want to provide the X-rays and my patient records so that I can go to another dentist. It is such a low standard of practice they are indulged in. If you don’t agree with what they want and if want to change your dentist then they will use this cheap strategy.
Just avoid GATEWAY DENTAL at all cost.

I had a very pleasant experience at Gateway Dental. The staff was welcoming and kind. They discussed my treatment plan with me thoroughly, services were rendered professionally and efficiently and the overall energy throughout the office felt warm and familial. If you want to be treated with respect by professionals in a clean environment this is the place for you!

I have been coming here for about 2 years. I like that the office is close to my home first of all. Also the office is very neat and clean and the staff is well educated in their field of work and I am treated very well. I am very pleased with my new doctors office and plan on coming here for many years to come.

The staff are all exceptional and helpful with any questions you may have. Ive had deep cleanings and a root canal here with no issues. Overall, I'm pleased with how they operate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst customer service I have EVER received! I made an emergency appointment for my daughter where I specified that it had to be in the afternoon because of work. They not only confirmed the appointment on the same day I made the appointment they also called the day of the appointment to confirm my appointment at 4: 15 pm to then call me 20 minutes later to tell me that my 3: 45 pm appointment had to be cancelled and rescheduled for another two weeks. They not only have their times all mixed up the lady who called me which was extremely RUDE told me that she could not put her in before and that it may be an emergency for me but not for them. SERIOUSLY! How are these people even in business with the customer service they have! I would not recommend this place EVER in my life.

The service was great. I really appreciate the fact that they try to take care of the client in a timely manner. The staff is nice, but more so is my hygienist. Actually this seems to be the norm for this office.

I'm a patient for over 7 years, the staff is great doing there work, the place is always clean, parking space open (free for 2 hours) the atmosphere between workers and patients, professional, smile (believed or not) Its a great experience. This is the only I recommend. Thank you staff. Coralia

I Arrived Early And I Was Seen Before My Appointment Time, The Dental Hygienes Was Very Attendive To Me While She Was Doing My Process And The Staff Was Very Professional, And Caring, I Would Recommend Gate Way Dental, They're Great
