Do not apply here- they will steal $276 - app and admin fees - while telling you they are are charging you nothing while checking to see if you can be approved and then they will lie about it all when the collection agency calls on you. The place is low level quality all around. They clearly desperate for money and use lying and deceptive tactics to get any penny they can out of you. DO NOT EVEN APPLY HERE unless you want to be stolen from.

This has, without a challenge, been the utmost pleasurable experience I have ever had when dealing with any apartment move-in. Kenia had been nothing short of professional, considerate, helpful, kind, and communicative - all qualities that I have never been exposed to in this area. The complex itself is fantastic with tons of parking, numerous spots for relaxing whether by pool or fire, superb amenities, onsite laundry, tidiness, visual kindnesses, security, and so on. The only negative I have to say is that I didn't know about this place sooner! Truly a much needed breath of fresh air.

I’ve stayed here for a few years at this point and I love it here. The area is amazing since it’s pretty easy to get to since it’s right next to 275 and the Gandy. The staff are very helpful and quick to help with work orders

I’m moving from Pennsylvania to Florida for retirement and set up an appointment to check out the property and a two bedroom apartment when I called a lady who has a name of Christine took my call and was very nice and gave all the information about my needs, we set up an appointment. When I get there she was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She showed me a unit and I love it. Was a great experience to visit this place. I was welcome by the employees when I arrived to my appointment, from the beginning to end of my visit was very pleasant. Thank you very much for your time and be so nice with us.

This is my first review on a business EVER. I’ve given this property 3 chances just to simply tour an apartment & I basically get shoved out the door. I understand, that exact unit may not be available, but could you offer to show me one that is similar whether it’s a 1 bedroom or 2? There’s no model units? The leasing agents don’t even have the time of day to actually sit with you & give you information on what’s available & what’s not, the application fee, admin fees, what amenities are offered, if their community has a gym or onsite laundry. It’s all just “everything is online, everything is online. ” If everything is online, then what’s the point of your job as a leasing agent? On top of that, I made an appointment, drove all the way to the property just to get shoved out in the span of 3-5 minutes. You wanna give me a quote on a unit and encourage me to apply, but you’ve done absolutely nothing to sell me the unit. Complete trash service. That says a lot about how you run your property. How can you encourage me to apply to live at place that I can’t even get a feel for? The goal is to live ON the property NOT the website. Completely disappointed because it was the perfect location.

Kenia in the office is fabulous. I have lived here for almost a year now, if I ever needed anything she made sure I got what I needed. Kenia is the best! You guys are very lucky to have her.

Sketchy from the jump. Had a 10 am appointment to view an apartment. By 10: 30 the doors to the leasing office were still locked and no one was there. Don’t even waste your time.

Response to property: The manager of the property went out of her way to harass and abuse us making snide remarks about the difficulty to obtain a document. Very rude. She has no empathy or compassion for anyone with a disability. In fact, she was so abusive it could be considered as discrimination. Just a mean and nasty person. And what about the money you took from our three young children? You stole money we use for food! Disgusting.

You get what you pay for in term of quality (given the rental market). Management is nice. Maintenance team is the best and SO fast to reply to every single issue so quickly. I’m happy I lived there to save money while I could! Some amenities could use some improvements or refreshes but they improved a lot month over month while I was there. They just need to keep doing more improvements each month. Neighbor are OK.

Leasing Agent, Nicole De Paula was extremely helpful and a consummate professional. She worked with me for over a week and accommodated my needs! Go see Nicole!

Lived here for 2 years and loved every minute of it. The staff at the front office actually care about the tenants who live here. The complex is always clean and safe. Out of all the different apartments I have lived at, this one is truly the one that makes me feel the most at home. I definitely recommend this complex if your trying to start a family.

I have been living here for a little less then a month and my second day living here I had a stressful parking situation and I went into the office to figure out what could be done about it and Mis. Nicole who had at the time had only been here for a few weeks was absolutely wonderful and so much help

Great staff here and extremely accommodating! I'm a long time resident and on my way out now that I have a home being built. I ran into an issue with the billing system but Kenia was more than helpful, got me my money back, and worked out a great arrangement with me until I am moved into my new home. Definitely a relief knowing I have one less thing to worry about during this time!

Amazingly kind staff and an incredibly helpful customer service! Instantly felt welcomed and taken cared of. You can ask any of the wonderful ladies in the leasing office for help and they are always happy to do so. They are AWESOME!

Gateway on 4th is a stunning property the lake view is breathtaking. The manager Christine is alway very kind and helpful and so is the entire staff at Gateway.

I love the place it is beautiful to live, fascinated with the service of the offices all very professional and always at the service of the residents.

My daughter currently is having a problem with mice trying to get into her kitchen they are trying to fix it but having no success

Visited the property for a tour and was greeted by Kenia she gave me a tour of the property and she was very informative and answered all my questions! If you are looking for a new place to call HOME this is it! Mrs. Kenia was very patient with me and I am glad she was able to help me:) If I can give this property more than 5 stars I would!
