4I called to ask about some ornate chair rail to make a project for a customer of mine and Rick T was very helpful. He went above and beyond to look at what they had in stock and sent me an image of the profile of the trim and the trim in stock in the warehouse. It wasn’t quite what I was looking for but I really did appreciate him taking the time to try and help me find something I could use.

Excellent service! The only store within an hour drive that had the unusual product we needed (concrete parking bumpers). We called ahead and the employee not only checked his computer to see if the product was in stock, but made sure they were actually there so we would not make the hour drive for nothing.
Great place to find those odds and ends that Big Box wont carry. Its good to go in and see the same people that know you by name and are always willing to help.
