Had a termite inspection of a manufactured home that I was interested in buying. The inspector went through the home looking for termites without using a flashlight. When asked I was told that natural light is better for spotting termites. I have to disagree with that comment. I was a termite inspector in Arizona for over ten years and have found termites with a flashlight in places other inspectors missed, especially in textured ceilings.
Paying what I did for an inspection, this is not what I expected. To top it off I didn't even receive a report stating what was found, I was only sent an invoice.

This is a great company, father and son are prompt, polite and always professional!

My inspector used this company to inspect for termites. This company said no evidence of termites. I then had two other companies inspect for termites both found evidence of termites. So now after my renters have already moved in I will have to pay for a fumigation and hotel for my renters. Avoid this company, it could save you thousands.

I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that came out but he was extremely professional and personable. I will always use and recommend this company.
