First things first.once here pull up to the gate 'yellow line for the gate to open. They will open the gate for you the guard will come out and ask you to slide your tandems and check the back of the trailer. It doesn't have to be blue beacon clean.but clean enough. Then they will tell you to pull to the middle. You walk up to the steps open the door go to the window. They will let you know what door to get into. Waited for at least 3 hours. Go back once you have a green light.paperwork and roll out to guard shack. Once pass the gate I slide my tandems forward.

Not sure what other drivers are talking about but my appointment was at 7am I arrived at 5: 15am even dough my appointment was at 7. Guard let me in. I was advised they wouldn’t load me until 7 which I was ok with. I was out of there by 745am.

This place wast driver’s time just like all other Pepsi locations in florida. Pepsi locations in other states are fine but those in Florida should be avoided. The minimum waiting time is 3 hours when it’s not busy. Will not be doing another Pepsi stop in Florida. I prefer dead head to Georgia to get a load, it’s less stressful.

This place takes for ever to load have no consideration of time but of course wants tou to arrive on time 4 hour min for load

Their very slow to unload your truck. Plan on being there for at least 5 hours, maybe more.

Appointment time was noon. I got there at 11: 20 am. Got on the door right away and sat there forever. Total time was five hours in and out.
In coming gate guard was rude and nasty.
People inside were nice but slow as molasses in the winter.
Can Not Sleep There.

First there’s no Overnight Parking and all nearby places are always packed full. This Place makes you slide your tandem to get in through the gate even if you’re clearly not unloading at that moment which absurd, this happened because uber gave me this load to unload in 2 days when i got here overnight, but well i had to go inside to talk with their scheduler to change my unloading appointment, there’s no Phone Number to call this place at all, not even uber knew their number. Couldn’t reach them over the phone, had to personally drive here and do it all. Finally after getting a new appt for the next day, the new appt was at 6 PM got in through the gate at 4: 30 PM and it’s 8 PM now and still haven’t been unloaded. Place needs better management. Too much unnecessary wait time.

DELIVERY Sooooo Sloooowww. The ppl are nice and all but I rather them be mean if it means they'll press the Gas! Like sheesh, they haven't finished 1 truck in the last 3 freaking hours! Administration if your monitoring your reviews please help us drivers out, your company is screwing up our days by killing our clocks! Also they treat there drivers as vip, Meaning they will stop on your trailer to unload one of there's, not cool GATORADE. NO STARS

Good place to unload, I deal with night shift the most all are very friendly and professional all the way from the guard shack to the shipping office.

Apt - 9: 45 arrived 9: 45
Swept out trailer not a problem.
Back into the dock. - 6 hours later finally get loaded.
Turns out they loaded me incorrectly leaving me 500lbs over on drive axels.
Back in the dock again….

tldr - 6 hours to have me loaded incorrectly.

Got to do better unloading don’t waste my time it’s not worth sitting here hours for your cheap paying load! I need to pick up other load now I’m late thank you! Won’t come back here!

Well this place isn't terrible but it's not fantastic lol. The gaurd at the gate was friendly and nice, so thank you for that. The gal in receiving office was friendly and there is even a real bathroom to use inside for drivers.

The place is clean and no liter. You can not show up more then a hour early. There is multiple places available to park within 20 miles or so. Rest area, 2 Loves locations.

The unloading though is kinda looooooong and drawn out. 23 pallets on board and so far it's taken them 1.75 hrs to unload and still no green light.

Also be aware of the Pepsi company trucks flying thru the parking lot and not even caring about others walking around. They are driving way to fast they the lot for no reason at all.
