Amusement Park Gatorland reviews
18Bought the all inclusive ticket at the entrance, that included train ride, chow, sit on aligator and 1 more thong for 7$ more. Worth it. Was recommended in ticket booth.
One of the funnest and most affordable things to do in Florida! The shows were very entertaining and so many activities for the whole family to do. We visited the albino alligators, giant tortoises, petting zoo (where you can hand-feed the goats) and the train ride through the swamp was amazing! Lots of great photo ops too! You can spend the whole day here and not be bored or spend too much
Nice for an exciting day out. There is a show and I was not a fan of that myself, but the park itself is beautifully laid out and it is full of alligators.
If your idea of fun is seeing wild animals teased with food, dragged around a stage, and held down while stupid tourists sit on their back for a photo.you'll love Gatorland! The shows were corny and dumb.they clearly aren't interested in animal welfare or teaching people about these lovely animals. This place is purely about using animals for entertainment purposes only.
Kind of feels like someone found an area full of alligators and just decided to put a fence around it.
The park is ok and delivers its promise of hosting a ton of alligators, but there’s very little information provided about the creatures and their lives. The alligator farm in Saint Augustine does a much better job on that front. The park overall feels a bit sad, dated and past its prime, though the staff were very friendly. If you’re in the area, my recommendation would actually be to just drive to Mount Dora and see alligators in the natural reserve there for free
Great park to take your family too! They have so many exciting exhibits to offer.feed Alligators, feed birds, ride the train through the park, sit down have lunch, visit the Crocodiles, watch gator wrestling, hold a snake and much more for a fraction of the price!
GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. I LOVE THAT I HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO SIT ON AN ALLIGATOR. THIS WAS FUN AND EDUCATION AS WELL. I ENJOYED THE LIVE SHOW. THE PRESENTER WHERE HILARIOUS. THIS IS A MUST DO ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. THEY HAD A LITTLE AREA FOR THE CHILDREN TO PLAY AS WELL
If you want a place where you can be in contact with wildlife and see many alligators without a doubt this is the place, very fun, the facilities are very spacious and have many activities
I got everything I wanted out of it. Put it that way but it's also a little bit tourist trapping putting all the right ways
Me and my son enjoyed it, my wife didn't.
Interesting shows with the gators and other animals, can feed the gators, an off road truck ride (Which we didn't do), an aviary.
I hope the gators aren't mistreated but it feels unkind to tape up their mouths and let people kneel over them for photos. The same with the shows where they are dragged by their tail.
Feels like a cash grab at times because you have to pay extra for everything! I.e. The train, the off road adventure, the food for feeding the gators and birds.
We come to Gatorland (or as we have coined it, Redneck Sea World) every time we come to Florida. Much more affordable than most other parks and great staff!
This was the best experience ever they had an experience where you could meet capybaras for 10$ a person and it is so much fun
Very friendly staff. Awesome experience. Fun for all ages There's stuff for all mobilities to do.
Don’t support that Jail for animal! They caught them and put in the jail, then you pay to see them! If you don’t go, they will stop catching animals and birds! Don’t support this kind of business!
Excellent experience! It's the best way to see these magnificent animals face to face. You can even feed the young gators! Everything is perfectly safe, and the staff cares a lot for these animals.you can see all the place in about 3-4 hours, 100% recommended!
Visited today. Nice discount if you are 60 or older. Great variety of alligators, birds, etc. Nice shows.
