Gator's Dockside Lake Mary

Amazing experience! We had a large crowd and our waitress was awesome, like amazing. Also, had the grilled reaper chicken wings and they were the best wings I've ever had, and I like wings. I can't say enough good things about our dining experience.

The service was the best, I asked her about the menu and she gave me her honest opinion and the food was great that she suggested, my drinks came out fast and very well made. Madi is by far my favorite bartender here:)

Ok, so I went in with my 6 kids, it was empty as heck.it took them like 15 minutes to give us a waitress after being seated. The waitress was sweet and kind and helpful. My issue is that I had an order that was roughly 89$ and was charged 2x. I've also went on a day that kids eat free, they could have taken one kids meal off for me, I have 6 kids. That would have been great service seeing it was just me and the boys. So, I've been waiting for my refund for a week already. I've spoken to Eli and one other person but they said it would take up to 3days and I haven't received it. They've asked for a screenshot of my transactions I can't screenshot my bank stuff. I then had spoken with Kim and shown her the charges and explained the situation to her. After speaking with Kim she went above and beyond for me and went to speak with her GM Brittany who is working on my refund. I feel they can have better customer service because it shouldn't take me calling every day for a week, and not getting any assistance. Also the gator nuggets were hard as heck.the mashed potatoes were dry my son didn't eat it. Everything else was delicious but they should put the sides in the bowl when they're ready to serve instead of having them under the warmer while the rest of the food is being made that way the Mac and cheese, and the mashed potatoes wouldn't be so dry up top. I think that's it.

Wait staff was polite, but every time I needed something I had to track down my server. At the time she only had two tables.

Used to be my favorite wing place but not anymore after my last visit experience. The restaurant was almost empty and they took close to 30 minutes to bring the food. Food was brought to the table not as ordered. For their price increase, I would expect a better quality food & service.

Pretty average sports bar and grill, I do feel like the quality of there wings has gone down

I'm not going to give a bad review but they do not deliver even though there website says they do. Really wanted to try the food sad

Great place to eat with the kids. There was many more games than the Gators in my town. You actually win on the claw machines!

Waited over an hour for shrimp scampi to go they didn’t even make it. Lost the recipe, gave me a refund thank god. This place is absolutely terrible and by the way the manager gave me the wrong receipt

Had the most amazing server her name was Kim. So sweet and personalable. I would come back just to see her again.

Service was great, drink was exceptional! The cole slaw was out of this world, food was super hot and came out quickly. Fantastic experience, can not wait to visit again

Went back for lunch after a long trip out of town, and had the potato cubes with the cheese, sour cream and bacon bits! Out of this world good! 6/23 a must try

We've been coming here for years. It's a sports bar with wings, burgers and even some "nicer" food items and the beer is cold. Over time we've had servers who were there a long while, they got to know us, we them. Sadly many/most have gone their own way but recently we found our NEW FAVORITE. Kim. I know how hard it is to get good help in "today's world" and some of the "newer" people at Gators are, well. "just ok". But not Kim. She's fantastic, friendly, efficient, cheerful, energetic and fun. We mentioned this to the manager on a previous visit but you all need to know this too so you can ask for her. We will always be back but now because of KIM.we'll be super looking forward.

I was greeted at the door by a young man by the name of Toni; I think his name was Antonio. He was professional and very helpful when I asked him a few questions about the menu before my server came to me. The food here is good too!

It was a bit empty when we got inside and nba playoffs where on so we were surprised - we had a large party - Service was super slow - we waited 30 mins to order and even then we had to find the waitress to request to place or order - another 40 for food - sprite machine wasn’t working correctly took them 15 mins to get us new drinks - chips were stale - food had no seasoning - was bare minimal effort - at the end we had once again had to ask for the checks - last few times I have been here food not been the best - wait staff not been really well - def needs new management and a revamp of energy and staff

Fantastic service and nice establishment. I had smoked wings with Carolina reaper on the side and fries. Fries were very good, wings were a bit dry and sauce was not what I had hoped for BUT it was very tasty. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll definitely order it again and hope they’re not as dry. Not a knock just personal preference. See you guys again soon. Thank you

Came here for the first time tonight and will definitely be back. Kim was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Coming from the service industry, she blew me away with how incredible her service was! Definitely will be back. Food was incredible, highly recommend the smoked wings!
