Not what it use to be. Food was mediocre staff was friendly and attentive. But I received a broken cup and it leaked tea all over my white shirt.

Normally food is good but this time not so great! I order breaded mild wings and what was given to me was cold soggy wings. They texted me super quick that my order was ready for pick up when I literally just placed the order 5 mins ago. By the time I got my food they were closed so I don’t know if they were rushing but no bueno. It’s a NO for me I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Food was good for them price. Order was wrong and didn't get my drink but it was very crowded so I'll give it a pass. For sure will give it another try when it's less busy.

Our waitress was amazing but the food was bad. We tried some different wing sauces and they all sucked, the fried shrimp and burger were mediocre and previously frozen.

Good place for lunch on the day we went. It was 'Burger Thursday' and my burger was good. Over cooked cooked compared to what I ordered and didn't have one of the toppings I asked for. The onion petals were excellent and the service was decent. My kids were happy with their order. We will try it again and visit other locations.

Trivia night on Wednesdays was fun, and the unlimited boneless wings deal is real good. Massive range of flavours too.

Couple of mixed up orders when I went, and bit of a wait time sometimes. Hard to complain though, given how busy it always is.

The food is good and the servers are great but the kitchen is ridiculously slow! My office totally rejects this option now due to how long the food consistantly takes

The burger was the biggest ever. Super good blue cheese burger. The waiter was great. We just finished playing golf and My friend said call buddy an idiot and I'll double your tip. I haven't laughed like that in awhile. It was great. 2 thumbs up!

Mediocre at best, the managers really don't know what they are doing top to bottom, I at times felt racially profiled here by one of the managers, complained and nothing ever came of it. The servers and kitchen staff are amazing at their jobs to compensate for the lack of leadership

The foods great it was just really crowded and loud when I went but everyone there was really nice and I had a really nice time

The food is good. The wait time for getting the food was horrible. There was a gentleman who ordered just before I did, who received his food 20 minutes before I did. I received my food 10 minutes after along about it and only because I asked about the status of it. Good food, wait times for food, not so good

Gators is a great example of a local neighborhood joint. It seems like the place is always crowded and that's a good thing. You're bound to run into someone you know. The food is good and the staff are friendly.

We went when they first opened. They had plenty of staff but it took over an hour for us to get out of there. The food was wonderful but the service could use some work.

Nice military discount & good service. Okay food; not bad at all. I just can't put it in the same category as it's chain restaurant competitors just yet.

Quick service, as long as there aren't too many other customers. Great food, always comes out hot.

Best wings I've ever had. Good grilled wings are hard to come by, but they make them so perfectly. They have a great selection of sauces and you can always get half of your order one flavor and the other half a different flavor.which is great for indecisive people such as myself.

Love their fried mushrooms! And beers. It's a cool place to watch some game or just chill with friends.

Food was decent. Waiters talked over our table to each other about random things irrelevant to the restaurant while we sat there awkwardly. I’d rather go to chili’s

Took 45 minutes for me to receive 2 orders of wings that I ordered online. Got home and they were room temperature

Takeout service quality as usual, had slight mistakes but corrected them immediately with no issues.
