Excellent work team, the truck arrived at 9: 00am and left at 12: 30pm like new. Other mechanics gave me a false diagnosis. They recommended Gaw diesel to me and they will undoubtedly be my mechanics forever.

Excellent customer service and work from Gabby & Willie from GAW. Will definitely be back for any of my diesel truck needs, highly recommended!

I want to start off by thanking Will for the excellent job he did on my truck. He finished the job quickly and was very profesional, I talked to him for about 5 minutes and I felt like I’ve known him my whole life. I am happier than ever with how my truck came out and I will definitely return as I continue to work on my truck. I highly recommend GAW.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All they care about is taking your money not fixing your problem. They will advice you to go in as many times just to charge you but your truck won’t never have solution it will remain with the same problem. They don’t guarantee any fix. Gaby the owner needs to do a better job and not steal people’s money. My truck was in this shop for months without a solution and when it came out it was still broken and paid more than 15k for this fix. Won’t ever go back here again and don’t recommend no one to do it. Unless your getting baby stuff done. This job isn’t graduated for big things with trucks when they are supposedly specialized on this.

To start off i want to thank Willy and Gabby at Gaw diesel for not only accepting my truck the very next day at 7am, but they also sent over a professional tow truck driver to pick up my 03 6.0 excursion, which would not crank. Truck over heated and it blew a few hoses and Fuel pressure was down. I was extremely worried my truck would not ever start up again. Willy called me the very next day to pick up the truck and just amazing work. I thought i was gonna end up paying an arm and a leg, and that was not the case. My truck has never ran better than before, they also fixed some minor tune up and gave me some highly recommended tips to keep the truck running in line. I would definitely recommend Gabby and Willy at Gaw Diesel. They even dealt with my wife's 100 questions at the time of pick up. Very professional crew.

Willy and the team were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They diagnosed the issue with my truck and took care of it in a timely manner. They also made other suggestions to parts I should replace for the life of the engine and never in a pushy way where I felt I was just being sold. Willy backed up every recommendation with facts. He also gave me a list of things I should do to better maintain the life of my engine. There was also a very young guy with glasses, can’t remember his name who worked on my truck and he was also great and gave me many suggestions. Place just had an excellent vibe.

In addition, they were considerate in the fact that I was there while on vacation and had to get my issues resolved quickly. An issue no other shop really cared about which in the end led me to this awesome establishment. They even had me out of there 2 hours earlier than what they had estimated. All About Diesel which has many positive reviews were very cocky about even diagnosing my truck, said I had to leave it there for 1 to 3 days just to look at it (cause they work on their time, not mine) and the place was so small and crowded that I was sure my truck would be dinged or scratched. GAW’s facilities were spacious with plenty of bays, not a little hole in the wall.

Overall a 5 star experience.

Went in for oil, filters, and caliper change. Everything was done properly and in a timely manner. But that’s not why I’m leaving a review. GAW diesel does a couple things extremely well, one is be very honest about what’s happening to your vehicle. In my case it was a couple things, the auto parts store they order from gave them incorrect information about my calipers being in stock. So the guys at GAW were able to instead get me a different, better set that would cost a little more in parts. They helped me out, told me there’d be no extra charge for the part and that they were sorry for the long wait on parts.

Not many shops would be up front about this

GAW is also very knowledgeable on the trucks they work on, when leaving an odd electrical issue occurred and I contacted them. Was told come straight back so I did. After explaining the symptoms to Gabby he went straight to diagnosing it. Now I don’t mean he only hooked up the computer and left it at that, no. He started chasing that problem down with a purpose! We came to the conclusion that it’s possibly a bad cable on one of the batteries.

To Gabby, Willie, and the rest of the team at GAW. Thank you for having such a honest and knowledgeable shop!

Correction, This was never meant to be 1 star like previously posted. I had started to give a positive review and got sidetracked with a phone call but somehow might have hit the 1 star button. These team is extremely knowledgeable about "ALL THINGS DIESEL" the guy that attended me, Willie, was so patient with me. Hee took his time and gave me various options and explained each possible outcome.
