Gaylor Electric, Tampa FL

I normally would not leave a review like this but this company needs to really reconsider who they’re hire in their HR. I applied for a position and was reached out by someone on their hiring team. He asked me to schedule a call with him using they calendar, which had no open positions. He proceeded to tell me he can fit me in the next day at 11. I text him the day of that the interview is on, and he confirmed back. 11 rolls around, no call. I finally get a text saying “sorry I got busy, I can “take my personal time” to talk with you at 5Pm. ” I clear my time again and yet again, no call. I follow up with him and get scheduled on another call, and for the third time he does not call and stops answering my messages. If this is how you guys treat potential employees, I feel really bad for the folks that apply to you. Extremely unprofessional to waste my time 3 separate times. His name was Chris Braniff, I hope he doesn’t treat every prospective employee like he did me.

Coming from the spouse of one of the techs, I must give this Co.thanks for the way the owner shows appreciation for his workers. He has done many positive things in the little time my husband has been w/Gaylor. Shows that family of his technicians matter to him. In less than a year he held 2 functions that My husband & I were able to enjoy to the fullest. I met him & his loving wife. I hope things continue to get better w/this CO. I wish that Gaylor Electric continue to grow & keep their good reputation. I also hope my husband is able to find a home in this place. From my husband & I we want to thank you for your kindness & appreciation.
