Gayoso Plastic Surgery was a fantastic experience! I would highly recommend Dr Gayoso for anyone looking to do a breast augmentation! He did exactly what I wanted and listens to what YOU want for yourself. He explains the process well and has a great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. I am 5 weeks out from my surgery and everything has been what they told me to expect.again, Gayoso Plastic Surgery is the place to go for your breast augmentation and other plastic surgery needs! I would definitely go back and have recommended him to many of my friends.

My experience with Gayoso PS entire staff has been fantastic! And I cannot say enough about Dr. Beninger - he is extremely professional with a wonderful bedside manner and he did outstanding work for me! My breast reduction surgery went incredibly smoothly and my recovery has been so much better than I’d ever imagined (I was so worried!) and I know it’s because Dr. Beninger’s work! I wanted to take the time to write this review about the exceptional services I received at Gayoso cosmetic surgery.
My expectations were surpassed in every way. The results are amazing, leaving me, looking refreshed, and natural. I specifically had my neck and under Eyes done with a minimal cheek lift.

The staff at the clinic is truly exceptional. They are kind, attentive, and highly professional. Throughout the entire procedure, I felt well taken care of.

My post surgery Visits were consistently positive, and it was evident that the staff played an integral role in my procedure.

Dr. Gayoso’s bedside manner is exceptional. He is down -to -earth, caring, incredibly informative, and clearly passionate about his work. His calm, demeanor and upmost professionalism made me feel at ease. His surgical center is state, of the art. Absolutely beautiful.

I 100% recommend Jessica over any other injector in Tampa Bay. I went to another local business because they offered a discount and I regretted it. Jessica not only did an amazing job, but she also fixed issues I had with a previously botched job. Jessica is amazing at what she does. If you’re looking for injections, do not look any further. Dr Gayoso office exceeded my expectations. I got breast implants and after kids and breastfeeding they still look amazing! I did very extensive research before choosing a surgeon and I am so please it paid off

Really great Halo experience from Jessica. Everything from the pre work with hydrating facial and nectar lotion to the day of treatment far exceeded my expectations. I had the exosomes applied post treatment and this was the real game changer! I was on zoom calls the very next day for work. The exosomes almost completely eliminated the redness and swelling I had with previous Halos. I developed all the mends as expected and now my skin is glowing!

It is a wonderful place where everyone is very professional and friendly.
They understand my needs very well and left me satisfied and happy with the results.

I was extremely nervous going into my consultation but Dr. Beninger & his nurse were extremely welcoming! They both took the time to really listen to my concerns & wants for my results and set realistic expectations of what to expect. Surgery is scheduled for December but I honestly feel so at ease because I feel so confident in them as a team!

It took me a long time to write this review.
I had 2 procedures with Dr. Benniger (Dr. B) 3 months ago. My breast lift after surgery looked amazing. The perfect shape, perkiness; the nipples the exact size I asked for, the cut lines, tiny, but I developed necrosis (black scabs) due to a lack of blood flow to my nipples. I found out this was because of other breast procedures I had before Dr. B and because of my age. Of course, I was disappointed. Everyone wants everything to go perfectly, but Dr. B understood and went out of his way to make the healing process go smoothly. He scheduled extra times to check on me and talked me through. Now 3 months later, my nipples are beautiful and pink and healthy. I wish I had gone to him in the first place so I wouldn’t have ended up with these complications.

I also had surgery to take out the fatty deposits under my eyes, which went perfectly and laser resurfacing under my eyes and around my mouth. The recovery of the laser resurfacing was explained to me thoroughly but of course I downplayed it in my mind. My skin peeled for a good 10 days (just like it was supposed to do) and my face was red in some spots for several weeks. Again, all explained to me before the procedure. I absolutely hated the process and said I would never do it again. But now 3 months later, I love love love how my face looks. When I tell people I’m 65 they are stunned.

I always said I wouldn’t mind getting old if I could look good. Thank God, Dr. B worked his magic and I’m happy with the results.

This is a wonderful office with kind, caring professionals who make a personal connection with their patients. They listened to me and I felt truly cared for. I received the perfect solutions for the issues I came in with. Best of all - the results of Jessica’s work on me was nothing short of amazing. She is an artist and I am so very happy with my results! Thank you Jessica!

It’s been almost 2 years since my procedure/s and I’d never trust anyone more than Dr. G… he takes pride, and your appointments are never rushed. He takes the time to talk to you, one of his nurses Nichole is now a friend of mine, she made sure I had everything I needed, all my questions answered… even in crazy hours of the night. If you’re contemplating between doctors, look no further because Dr. Gayoso is one of a kind.and your only regret will be that you didn’t pick up the phone sooner! I will now be returning for skin care- and mind you I will be traveling two hours because I have that great of a relationship with this office and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. It’s worth it!

Dr Gayoso did my breast lift and tummy tuck March 2022 after having 2 boys back to back. He made me feel comfortable and he listened to me. Other doctors told me I needed implants but not Dr G. My surgery results are great. Took some time to heal but now I feel great. Please go for a consultation, you won’t regret it.

Super welcoming and respectful staff. I didn’t know what to expect my first time since I’m new to all this but I’ve never felt pressured to do anything specific or extra here, and I always leave feeling confident. My only regret is waiting so long to make that initial appointment!

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Gayoso and his staff. I recently had both a facelift and under eye blepharoplasty. I had consulted with several Plastic Surgeons and ultimately chose Dr. Gayoso based on his training/expertise, his demeanor and facility. I felt very comfortable strategizing with him and really feel that Dr. Gayoso is an “artist”…he was very focused on ensuring that my procedure would be highly personalized to me/my face. Additionally, he has a kind, welcoming demeanor. His staff has been amazing as well. From Tammy in scheduling, to Nicole the pre and post-op LPN, to the OR team (Alexis, Christina, Amy) to Becky at the front desk, to Alicia and Annie…and I’m sure several others that I’m forgetting.
