The last girl I spoke with (I didn’t write her name down) was amazing to deal with. I had an issue where I booked my VIP week and after a month I found a better deal through a price match. I didn’t want to wait for the money to get refunded. She was able to transfer the money over to the new reservation with no problem, but earlier in the day the guy I spoke with would not do that. I wish I would’ve gotten her name because I would ask for her every time I call there.

I just got off the phone with Serge from unlimited vacation club. He was magnificent! I literally was late calling in to activate my package and he made sure that my husband and I was taking care of.
