7Never a bad experience when I bring my device in for service. Most recently, Lor was amazing with handling my walk in appointment. He had excellent customer service and made everything seamless. Will always return.
Took my computer to change some parts there. Guy at desk tells me it shouldnt take more than a day. 3 days later i show up at the store to ask about progress… they hadnt even started. And this is with their most expensive subscription… Waited 30 minutes in line watching the technicians in the back chat and watch youtube just to hear they hadnt even started on my computer. Extremely disappointed and annoyed. Just take your things to a local shop, they’ll get it done faster and just as well.
Very difficult to try and work through, missed the days of having a real person to guide you through the process, took forever and I hung up found a nice young tech savvy for the same $40.00
I love these guys, super pleasant and helpful. They're always taking care of my precious laptop.
Scheduled an online appointment only to have it canceled day of. Now my warranty is expired and I have to pay cash to a local repair store. When calling this location just rings and no option to leave a message. What a way to take care of a long-time customer.called the 1-800 number and was on hold 20 minutes just to have a lady tell me I’m SOL
Horrendous customer service from the Geek Squad. Not accommodating whatsoever. Unprofessional. Disappointing experience. If you need Geek Squad for whatever reason, do NOT go to this one. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
I had very bad experienced at this location I was expecting a good customer service Geek squad it’s big name supposed to be good Proffenational service but it was very unprofessional when I went to fix my phone first of all no one paid attention for more than 10 minutes highly unprofessional behavior when I complained to the manager she was very rude with me and it seemed like they don’t care if costumer gets upset or not satisfied or dissatisfied happy or unhappy they don’t care it was a worse experienced at this location and I will never go back again and my suggestion is they must replace professional experienced manager at this location without wasting time.
