Where do I start? My experience with Geico was amazing and I received the best help from Stephanie. I inquired online about a quote and Stephanie reached out to me to get me the best discounts available. She was knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. I've never received customer service like that before and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you Stephanie for everything you've done.

Saved the most compared to every other major provider out there. The online quote process was quick and Reggie from the local Geico office contacted me to compete the new policy when 'I' was ready - no pressure or sales tactics used - he was amazing. Highly recommended.

I work at the ups warehouse and do uber and I use 2 payment methods but the app doesn't allow you to do that type of service thanks for the customer service team

The worst road side assistance ever!

I had the pleasure of being contacted by Geico Agent Cristian Hervia. I had a couple phone calls with him and had some back and forth via email.

Cristian was very professional, polite, and efficient, and it was truly a pleasurable experience having worked with him briefly. I look forward to a smooth relationship with Geico and will gladly refer friends and family.

My experience with Geico started great. However when I asked about insuring a second car all hell broke and loose. My monthly premium went from $130. A month to $640. I never insured the car and so nothing had changed. Yet still they were insisting on the $640.a month so I cancelled 2 weeks before my next payment was due and went with Allstate.
Two days ago I received a collection notice for $56.90.that Allstate said they should have owed me.
So I'm curious, is that $56.90 for calling and asking a question? It can't possibly be for any thing else? I threw it in the trash. Don't CALL Them. Buyer or non buyer beware!

Horrible service once u start making a claim u would see the company true intentions after they were really healpful making the claim after they look into the vehicle they would send u to their special investigator unit avoiding to pay for damage to the car which u cant speak to and no in geico can give answer on why they not providing coverage cause they are investigating which they claim can take 3-4 months which means if u crash ur car they wont fixed it or pay u or give a rental which u pay for coverage based on a lawyer this company have when from being one of the best to b one of the worst company to this dated

The best car insurance that had good prices Super serious prices and with everything that is the truth I recommend them I have been in other insurance agencies but the best is Gaico you can also insure all types of cars and when you call the service is Excellent
