Going to cancel my policy because of someone I have no way to contact with and want me to hunt this person down for information every time I call the same thing highly aggravating and guess I have to find another provider now thanks for all your help! Or lack of I should say

I attempted to get a quote when I bought my new car. Agent said I was a taxi because I pick my boss up from the airport every once and a while. Maybe 4x a year. This same agent then blocked me from entering another quote through another Gieco agent. What a joke, I’ll spend my money elsewhere

I have been with Geico for almost 5 years and Juliana Gavaria is the best sales rep I have worked with during that time. Recently had an issue with my policy and called Geico corporate, where I was was bounced around to 4 different people on the phone. Went and saw Juli in the office and she handled everything! She followed through until it was completely resolved with the corporate office, even calling me back to confirm. Thank you Juli!

They try to cheat to avoid paying liable things properly for several thousand dollars damage. Horrible service from 1800 customer service team. Many employee names on other 5 stars reviews here are not working there. Fake reviews? Geico should get out of Florida.

Car Insurance is not always a fun topic to handle. Candace changed my thoughts however based on such a delightful process.
