Geiger’s came by my house to address some termite concerns that I had. The tech pointed out that I had old pocket holes where the old termite feces could blow out of and show up. I was convinced they were active termites, but they eased my mind. I’m glad I did my research before calling them, they are definitely an honest company and I will be calling them the next time I have any pest concerns

The gentleman that came out was neat, friendly, and professional. He did his job and gave me the details, there was even a follow up phone call.

Geiger's pest service is by far top of the line when it comes to fumigation. These guys are on time, fast, and they know what they are doing. For all your pest services call them first. It will save you time.

2 locations tented for termites. The termites came back fast. I was informed the kind that came back were not covered. So they would not re-tent. Both locations? Really?
During the initial inspection I was never offered protection or told about subterranean termites. We’re these the ones that were there from the beginning?
Bait and switch? Taking advantage of our ignorance?
My advise if you get your home or business treated for termites, get it all covered. So when the termites return, the termite company won’t give you the excuse not to re-tent as they gave me.
It’s happened to me before with another termite service. Should have learned from the first one.

Termites were swarming, shedding wings, and chowing down on our house big time, and we reluctantly realized tenting was sorely needed. We talked with four companies and selected Geiger’s for its competitive pricing (unlike some of the others, they do not subcontract the work) and availability. The estimates of two of the others were quite a bit more, and a third with a similar price point to Geiger’s was booked for several months out. Geiger’s got us scheduled in peak summer season, was very helpful with information on how to plan and prepare, and did a prompt, professional job. So, while tenting is anything but fun, we are very happy with our experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use Geiger’s again should the need arise down the line—and, living in Central Florida, we won’t be surprised if it does.

We had a great experience with Geiger's for our termite fumigation. Everyone was professional, Jamie in scheduling was on the ball, Jacob our inspector was fantastic in guiding us through the prepping process. Highly recommend this team.

Geiger’s is the best. I’ve had them servicing my business quarterly for over a year now. They are super reliable, anytime I have any new visitors I’ll call and they fit me in right away and they always get back with me very quickly. Michelle is awesome, awesome customer service over all. Customer service has zero courtesy in answering questions. Not very helpful at all for people whose purchasing warranty for the first time.

Working with Alfreddie and Vito was a great experience! Geiger came and did exactly what they told us they would without any issues. Our home was left exactly how they found it and hopefully, the pesty termites never return!

I hired Geiger's for rodent extermination and attic clean and re-insulation. It was a 3-phase process. Derek and his team were very professional with a great attitude. They came and got the work done quickly and efficiently. At the end of last job, they made sure to vacuum the floors inside the house leaving the house spotless. They also helped me clear attic off the debris at no extra charge. I highly recommend this team for rodent extermination service and/or attic insulation work.

I prepped everything for tenting. Big concern was my 4ft+ ferns all along the house. Called them a week before tenting to make sure everything was cleared away enough. Jacob came out and said everything looked good but I needed to rake some more leaves. Fine, I did that. I took time off work, loaded up all the food in my house, sedated my 2 kitties, took them to be boarded, found accommodations for myself, was out of my house by 8am. Received a call from Jacob AFTER 10 saying they cant tent because of the ferns. Something he knew in advance! It would take 2 more days to fix everything that he said was Good. I went and picked up my kitties, unloaded all my food and Did Not let them come near my house again! He said.it won't happen again. Ha! You're right cos this big of a F up.you don't get a second chance. The guys who drop the tent and actually fumigate are subcontractors. They came out and were very professional but too little too late.

Our technician Clint (Cliff?) was awesome. He was personable and professional. We've had many great technicians while at Geiger, but this guy one one of the better ones. I highly recommend Geiger for any of your pest control needs.

DONT use this company because they don't work and when you realize that they're probably just spraying water then they'll send you to collections for not paying your contract

We love Geiger's, very helpful. We receive monthly service for our commercial office space and red ant treatment quarterly for our 7 acre property.
