Kyle, Shane & Nick have done a lot of different plumbing services in our condos, from shower & toliet installations, hot water heaters, garbage disposals, to all water hookups. All very professional and xtremely competent. We will continue to use GEM Statewide Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Also, had to call in an emergency to get a hot water heater this week and they came right away. Service impeccable!

My wife noticed that the toilet in out guest bathroom was leaking around the base. I called Gem Statewide Plumbing and they sent Chris out the next morning. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He quickly identified the problem, a cracked flange, and had everything fixed and looking better than the original install in around 30 minutes. Also, he cleaned the entire area and floor before telling me he was finished with the work.

We have been using Gem plumbing for 3 years and each time we’ve had to use them they’ve been great! Just last September we had Chris come out, expert work! He even had a co worker meet him half way to get a part for us.
Today Clay came out and definitely eased our minds about what we thought was a major water leak. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable.

Had an emergency with the water heater at my rental house. It was 6: 00pm. GEM called me back in less than 20 minutes. Nick and Kyle came out and replaced it and had the new unit up and running by 9: 00pm. Nick and Kyle were professional, courteous and efficient. With RE so ridiculous we moved from NY to care for my MIL who has been in North Port since 1992 but did not buy we leased a house. The property management company sent Gem Statewide. A) the must be competitive, B) they must be error free and do a quality no complaint type of job.

Yes, they did! "Jon" was professional, courteous (I had multiple Zoom calls going on for work while he was here and he was fixing the shower in wall valve leak, and checking out the hot water heater coil outage)

Net Net, I will be buying some type of home here and I have these guys in my vendor folder for when I do!

We had an after hours plumbing problem. I called and a very pleasant man named Rob answered. Within an 1 1/2 hour he had us up and running. Thanks Gem plumbing, and Rob! I can see why there are positive reviews.

Great service in Rotonda West. After hours or schedule repairs.they are not the cheapest but they know the area and they don't recommend or do repairs just to drive up the price.
