I came here in a desperate plea to get a ring repaired 10 days before Christmas. They told me they could not make any promises but would try their best. I let them know I was travelling and had to leave in 4 days and that they could rush shipping to me where I was staying.
They went above and beyond and had the ring back to me the day before I left. It was flawless and the wife was so incredibly happy! I will be back for any of my jewelry needs in the future.
