I am not so sure about the competence and I guess I have to question integrity.

I dropped off a power source and a blower.both with specific issues. The power source when I took it in for service, ran but would shut off after getting hot nearly about an hour of use. I take it in and after two days in the shop I am told it cannot be fixed and I might as well buy a new machine. The explanation was that the parts would exceed the purchase price of the machine.well I got it back in the same dirty condition I took it in, air filter full of oil/gas mix.just looked like nothing was done but to my surprise now it will not even start! Go figure? At minimum, if the machine is cutting off clean the carb or adjust the carb and try to make adjustments.nothing!

The blower on the other hand also did not start when I took it in, so big loss here, again I was told that it had scoring on the piston, there no signs of disassembly, all parts or filthy including the air filter and when they gave it to me, missing the fuel line.

Not sure but very disappointed after spending the $60 upfront for diagnostics just to find out the equipment is no better than when I took it in.

Sorry for the long post but I think there should be a certain level of honesty in the repair industry.a $60 loss of my pocket is a long lost customer that could have recommended you to my friend and family.that $60 has and will cost you A LOT OF REFERRALS.another shop I see having financial difficulties in a few years.

Don't go there this people are scammers
They charge me $96 for a Chinese parts that they never install. I'll never come back
