We had a problem with our generator when we lost power on Friday. Generator Supercenter responded immediately. Sean came to assess what happened and took time to tell us what the problem was. Early Monday morning Bill came to order what parts were needed. They were both knowledgeable and thorough and a pleasure to deal with.

Very happy with installation and quality of work from this company. We had our generator installed 1 year ago and it is functioning perfectly during a recent 2 hour power outage.

Although they did not carry a generator that would be useful for my mothers home. The staff was very friendly and gave more information than any other source had provided. I will Absolutely recommend them to others.

I contacted them for a quote for my business and had a sales rep visit me on June 1, I didnt hear back with a quote so I called them to request the status. I was advised I would have a quote in the next day, after 2 days I called again to speak with a manager about why it is so hard to get a price. He advised I would absolutely have a quote before the end of the day. It has now been 4 more days without a quote. If it is this hard to give them my money I cant imagine how hard it would be to work with them after they have a deposit.
I hope the owner of this business reads this to understand why their quote to sales conversion rate must be so low.

Generator Supercenter could not have been better. We had them install a generator for our new home. It is our second home and not always around. Nicole could not have been more accommodating —- everybody needs employees like this, did everything possible to make our lives that much easier, not being there full time. Do not ever use this company! Installed our generator 10 months ago, said they serviced it a month ago. During a storm we heard a pop. Light on expensive whole house generator is red indicating it is not working. We have tried to call their emergency phone number for hours. No answer. This won’t end well for them.

I recommend Generator Super Center. Each trade specialist was knowledgeable and accommodating. Bob Williams follows up on his sales with excellent service.
