Anthony did a great job setting up the system, but the time it took to get the project completed was frustrating.

Was a tad concerned at the beginning, sales person over sold us (or really didn't know what he was talking about) But Anthony Audain sat down with us and made it right, he went over and above on everything.still to this day if we have questions, he will answer them! We made arrangements to purchase a system in the spring of 2023. Our system was installed the first week of August. The installation crew did not have any of the correct details about our purchase arrangements. They were however, very polite. We paid for the system in the fall Through a third-party financing company the day of installation. Upon inspection by our county, the system failed. We have still not been able to get Generac‘s to resolve this issue. There have been countless emails back-and-forth between the sales person and the insulation department. They got their money, so who cares about us.we are extremely disappointed with the overall customer service we have received. This is now October and our system still has not been corrected to properly pass inspection.

Anthony and the guys knocked this out in less than a day. Greats service and it was the best price around
