While my genreator does work, damage was done to the casing on install and I have not been able to get a repair in place long after. I also truly hate not being able to call and ask a person to set up an appointment. I also need assistance with getting all the online stuff going and I have not been able to get this assistance. It makes me worry about where I will be when I actually need service for the unit as time passes.

If you like to be over charged hundreds of dollars for an oil change Generx is your place to be!
Also if you like your credit card information stored improperly on slips of paper and sitting on top of desks completely at risk then call them today! If you book a service with them they will lie to you and tell you, you have to put it on file.they mean in a filing cabinet unsecured in a draw.
They always pull for permits… but don’t always get approved BEFORE they start the job.they also probably lied to you about passing inspection so you’d pay them since the full payment isn’t due until inspection is passed and the generator is turned on.

They are great on the sales end but service is pretty much non-existent. I wish I had gone with Jack Joyner.
And yes, I did try calling as I have a warranty issue but could not get through. I called Jack Joyner and they are promptly taking care of the issue. Thank you for your quick response to my review. Maybe the person handling your reviews should be put in charge of handling service calls.

Sales people are great got me to buy a whole house generator at around 20,000 but impossible to get anyone to service it. You cannot speak to a live person if you call. It directs you to their webpage to fill out a form for service. I’ve been waiting five days so far nothing. Don’t wast your time with this company.

Since no one wants to take my call in regard to a complaint, I will leave it here. Driver in van 102 needs to pay better attention while on the road. I had to act quickly in order to avoid this driver from hitting me this morning. I made several attempts to get a hold of someone to report a driver. And instead I was rerouted to a sales department for a sale every time.

I asked the company to come to my house to do maintenance on my generator. Eduardo came, serviced the generator and answered all (and there were plenty) questions I had. He was very patient with me and now I know, how to actually handle the generator. He did a great job and was so very pleasant. I would and will absolutely recommend this company and will be calling them if I ever need help with my generator. Thank you so much!

Impossible to reach them other than filling out a lengthy online form. If you call their number, the most information they give you is the cost of the service. And, they want a credit card upfront before they even see what the problem is. Seems like all they are interested in is $$$$$$$ Customer service is NOT their forte'

I purchased a 22 kW whole house Generac generator from the Generx Oldsmar dealership in 2020. The installation process was flawless including Generx obtaining all of the required permits and documentation. Generator has worked beautifully since then.

I also purchased their routine maintenance program to come out yearly and service/maintain the generator. I have been 100% satisfied with the professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of the technicians that have come to my home.

Recently, we had a failure of one of the parts of the Generator that connects to our electrical grid. They came out and replaced the part and answered all of my questions. And there were a lot of questions by me, ha ha. They are very knowledgeable and quite willing to impart knowledge. This makes it very easy for me to troubleshoot my generator if there is any issue.

Totally satisfied with the service I have received from Generx in Oldsmar, and the technicians. I want to give a special shout out to Lenny Hughes, one of the technicians, who went above and beyond. Thank you.

GenerX just completed the install of my 22kw Generac generator. Anthony was in charge of the project. He and his team were professional and knowledgeable. Once the install was complete, he answered my questions. I am very pleased.

Called almost SIX years ago to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I was told someone would be calling me to schedule. Still waiting.

Generex Generator of Bunnell Florida completed the installation of a 18 KW residential Generac generator at my home on March 20. Every step of the process was outstanding. The salesman, office staff, installation team, and supervision were extremely friendly and professional. They performed there jobs, answered my questions, and cleaned up the job site in a very timely manner. I could not have asked for a better experience.

My generator was installed quickly and professionally. I was impressed with their work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a generator for their home or business.

Three stars because their customer service who answer the phone are nice. Their service department needs work, some brain storming and troubleshooting. Mixed feelings as the generator worked perfect when we lost power during the hurricane, but when it came down to an issue with the electric feeding the AC, it took us a while to be able to reach them even though their voice message says they'll call back the next business day. We called an ac company paid to wire the AC directly to main line and now waiting on Generic to even call us back. Not a good business practice in Florida hot days and not fair we pay twice for something related to their responsibility.

Excellent company to deal with. They provide a "one stop shopping" for a generator solution. The team (led by Austin and Albert) came and did an excellent job in installing an underground propane tank a few day later Keith and Tommy did an excellent Job installing the electrical panel and connections for the whole house generator. I can highly recommend Generex!

I recently had my generator installed by Generx. They did a great job from start to finish. It actually was installed much sooner than I anticipated and the work was top notch. Very Happy

Update 11/14/22: GererX has just failed their 5th inspection. This time it was because the generator was not properly bolted to the stand. Given that we live on the coast, the concern is a storm surge could carry it away. This has me wondering what the record is for failed inspections. The installation process began on 10/26/22. I now wonder if it will be completed this year.

GenerX has been trying to install a whole house natural gas generator for two weeks now. They have failed the gas plumbing inspection four times now. Rather than follow the building code, they spend time arguing with the inspector about why the code is too restrictive. The front office does not talk to the field team. Twice GenerX have been out to fix only one of several problems because they were unaware of the others and did not bring the necessary tools. Once the front office scheduled the inspection and the inspector arrived before the field crew did to take care of the issues. I do not think GenereX has ever installed a system more complex than a mailbox. They are just a clown show.
