Left my g70 to get service done. I was told 3 to 5 days. It's been 15 as of today. I've tried calling since Monday to get an update on the status of MY car. It's now Friday and not one call back from any service advisor yet. Pooooor customer service.
Update December 4; Visited the dealership on Freiday Dec1. Service advisor's excuse was that the technician assigned to my car was out due to surgery. Apparently he is the only technician qualified to change a headlight and fix my moonroof. Advisor promised it would be done by Saturday. Saturday I get a call that it wasn't done but promised it would be done today, Monday dec4. Just got a call that a new moonroof would need to be installed and they need to order it. 4 to 5 days for the part to be delivered. Ican't pick up the car because apparently it's stuck in the open position. Today is day 18 that my car has been at this sorry dealership.

Don't BUY A GENESIS HERE.my A/C went out.the on-site service advisor said it might be a week or 2 before they look at it and repair it, so I'll be out of the car until whenever they get to it. They won't honor the Genesis loaner program, told me they are not a Genesis Dealer anymore and they are waiting for Genesis to pick up what they have in the lot. They still have the sticker on the window and a website selling Genesis cars. My sales experience here was good and so wanted the service to be good as well but apparently, they can sell a car, but you are on your own after that.

Here are the facts: Made an appointment for service weeks ago. Arrived on time. Service person did paperwork. I asked for an estimate time, he said 2 hours. After 4 hours I went to see him, he said the car was serviced, and was being washed. After another 30 minutes I went to see him again. He said he was going to get the car. After another 15 minutes he came back and said “I’m sorry but your car was sitting in the back and did not get washed” I wasted 5 hours of valuable work time to get an oil change. Make your decision accordingly.

Left my GV70 for a seat belt recall. They don’t offer a loaner but sent me home and picked back up by Uber 2 days later. When I got there the seat belt would not retract and there were black finger marks all over the inside part of the area where they were probably working. I took the car back and was told they didn’t have the part. Since I have another car, I left my car there. 4 days later I called and left a message for the adviser who did not return my call (I noticed that I wasn’t given a business card). About a week later I got a message my car was ready and I finally picked up today (Uber provided).
When you get there by the service area, nobody knows where your adviser is. The seat belt was fixed, so far and the black finger marks were removed. I noticed 2 new scratches but didn’t complain formally because I don’t want to deal with this business anymore. I’ve been having luxury cars such BMW, Mercedes and Lexus. Although the services were not always perfect but at least I had a loaner and the advisors cell phone number. I’ve had my GV70 for 2 years and happy so far but if Genesis want to serve luxury cars, they have to make sure the service locations are more organized as you would expect not only for luxury vehicles but with all of them.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. It makes me regret getting a Genesis. What good is a car if one can not get proper service for it? The service personnel lies like there is no tomorrow. The mechanic didn't come to work, the serice guy will call you tomorrow, your car will be ready tomorrow, ops it is monday, oh wait, I was at the doctor, oh wait will call you in 10 minutes. There is no one available ever to ascertain the status of your vehicle. A brand new car, the battery failed, and there is no one battery to replace the faulty one in the entire USA! A simple battery! In the end? They just refurbished the same battery.it took them two weeks to do it.amazing!

Humberto is supposed to be my service "advisor"
They took in my genesis gv70 to diagnose. Took 2 days to diagnose. And they couldnt fix it. (did not provide a loaner car in the meantime)
The car broke down again the same they i picked it up, called them and ask them to pick it up and they said no. I had to drive in limp mode at 30 miles an hour for 2 hours to get to the dealer.
The diagnose the car again and thel me the fix is gonna take 3 days.
They do not provide me a loaner yet again.
It has been 7 days and they dont reply to calls. Occasionally they reapond to a text message saying they dont know when it will be ready. In the meantime im stick without a car and no answers.

Worst service posible.everyone is lazy, rude disrespectful.sales department is like a fleamarket.service department is a mess in every way.nothing is done on time and they are never apologetic.they dont care about customer service.
HUMBERTO from service has a really bad attitute at all times.this place is a disaster.
Theyll take your car in for an oil change and it will take them 2 days to do it.thats if you are lucky if not just read the reste of reviews.they are a joke.

Have my GV 70 with only 10,000 miles in service for 6 weeks and they still don't know what is wrong with my car. Terrible service!
Sales team and manager are super. Not the same with service.

I have been in Miami for already 39 years, many cars leased and or bought, different relationships with dealerships and never had such as bad, disrespectful, unpleasant, and disappointed experience, I truly recommend to avoid this place, from top management to the bottom personnel are in need of an ethic and professional training or just close it. ‘I will always express my disappointment with others about you guys

I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was at Genesis of Kendall. The whole experience of selecting and purchasing my car was a pleasure. And I love my new car!
