Horrible, they are really bad, they harass even more and if they can't, they should close it

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They explode your cell phone in one day, they called me 13 times and wrote to me on WhatsApp, it's something horrible.

Wish i could give them 0 stars! Horrible people, horrible company! They take advantage of disasters (they did it on María and then again on the pandemic) and they steal from the gym members. This company is an expert in harassing people, calling their emergency contacts and say rude and hurtful things. I can't believe they are still operating. Same with all their gyms like HCOA. Can't wait until the government closes them down for good. They are horrible thieves! Disgusting people!

They are terrible, they call you threateningly, they send your ID and your information via WhatsApp to you and the contacts you put in!

I don't know how they allow companies like this to continue operating. They call family members in a harassing manner and with attitude to collect money that is not even owed. If you read this, look somewhere else.

They even call acquaintances whose reference number we did NOT give, if not for other purposes, claiming that they are looking for someone to dial because they committed fraud. Fraud of we don't know what yet.

They keep calling me for something I don’t even owe, my brother in law signed a contract on his name but since they can’t get in contact with him they spam call me.

Michael Rivera, terrible service. He hung up the phone in my face, very rude, and that's how they want you to do things by law. You said I recorded the call, so I let you know that I also record all my arrogant calls.

They called me on a Saturday, out of the blue, to collect a gym membership debt of a non-rebewable contract that was signed by my ex-partner in 2005. I was authorized to use the facilities but never really went, 'cause it was my ex who really used the benefit. The representative demanded that I reach a settlement in that same call. I asked him to give me until Monday to sort everything out 'cause I wanted to verify the validity of his claims. He was inflexible about this.

They gave me an hour to go through the documentation they sent me by email (an incomplete, old, faxed copy of the original HCoA membership agreement) and on the second call I started recording the conversation. The representative kept repeating the same argument to which I replied "I am not saying we can't reach an agreement, but it has an agreement that is reasonable for both parts, and I want to corroborate this with the gym". He told me that he had spoken that same day with the central offices of HCoA (which was a lie because they don't work on Saturdays) to authorize an extension of the collection until next Monday. Come Monday 2: 00 p.m, they called sharp to continue attempting to collect the supposed debt.

They threatened me, saying that they would affect my credit (which is another lie 'cause they don't have my social security number) and that if I didn't comply the debt would increase almost tenfold.

This company incurs in harrassment and intimidation techniques to coerce people to the point that the receiver of the call can end up with serious, stress-related health and emotional problems. Really unpleasant to deal with.

Extremely dude. No evidence of a debt. Threats of embargo.
They should be banned from practice.
