These guys are truly GENIUS…. I have been, like a moron, buying a new computer every other year out of frustration with speed, start up, running times…. Well, they gave my girl a dusting n cleaning then replaced my hard drive with no moving parts and she is MOTORING! Highly recommend these guys! A+

I can't say enough great things about Genius Computer Repair. They care and get things done when they say they will. If they run into issue they will call and let you know the progress. Great company.

I ordered a pc on ebay that came damaged and brought it here for a fix a few months ago. Good people and a good price but a mistake that shouldn't be made by professionals. My gpu was artifacting and I suspected it was the cord so I brought them a new 50$ 12 pin nvidia cord as well as a new pc case to swap my parts over to. When I picked up my pc from them they said my gpu was still artifacting so I figured it had to of been the pcie on the gpu. When I arrived home and looked at my pc the old cord was still in the gpu! When I called them and asked where my new cord I gave them was to replace the old cord they said they weren't sure and that it may be at another shop they had. It was never found and when I did replace the cord the gpu stopped artifacting. This means the owners did not try the gpu with my new cord or on another pc they had at the shop. I trusted them when they said my gpu was still artifacting so I had already bought a brand new gpu for 550$ before finding the old cord was still in the case and did not ever receive my 50$ cord they lost. Their price is good and the people them selves are as well but this is a mistake that can't be overlooked. I was never offered any form of compensation or resolution to my lost cord sadly.
