A TOTAL RIP OFF!
All shiny, friendly over the top, sugary sweet. And then ——-
Wham. Overkill paper work, procedures and nonsense that add to your bill when all you need is a simple cleaning and x ray.
They have the most ridiculous treatments like photographing each tooth, overkill x rays and a trained tech person who talks to you like you are a third grader who needs to be told why her teeth are important. Then they start creating reasons for even more expensive procedures. I did not have a cavity but it looked like the spot where my tooth was filled for a gap could develop decay. So an 800 dollar treatment was suggested even after the 400 dollar initial visit. It’s insane. It’s all about them justifying fancy equipment and OVERKILL TREATMENTS. RUN AWAY!
We drive an hour to see our old dentist where we used to live. WELL WORTH IT!

Amazing place! I went in to get my front tooth fixed because I chipped it and they were so caring and professional. Everyone there was a breath of fresh air. I came in a little nervous but that automatically went away with how sweet and trustworthy they were!

Wonderful experience, almost entirely female staff. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it if you usually have a tough time at the dentist. Really really sweet and patient staff. Excellent work as well!

I have found a great dental service here at Gentle Dentistry. All staff and services are outstanding and overwhelmingly professional. All staff are caring and efficient and I feel just like visiting my family and close friends. So wonderful a place to go for my dental care. THANK YOU THANK YOU. After many years of bad experiences it is refreshing to be able to not fear a dental visit. The staff are caring, professional and listen to all my concerns. Dr del Cueto has set up an excellent plan of care that i am confident will meet my needs.

I can’t speak highly enough about the office and team at Gentle Dentistry. Coming from a very traumatic dental experience, the experience was everything I needed. The staff was super friendly and patient. They are super flexible and focused on comfort first before treatment. As someone who was a level 10 on the dental anxiety spectrum, I would strongly recommend. Great office and basically never letting anyone other than Gentle Dentistry touch my teeth!

I almost never write reviews, but I had such a good experience here, I wanted to write one!

I haven't had super great experiences with other dentists in the area, so I decided to try out Gentle Dentistry when I had concerns regarding my oral health. I told them I was very anxious about these concerns, and they were able to get me in for an appointment in just 2 days! They were also able to break up this appointment into 2 separate days to accommodate for my busy schedule.

The receptionist I spoke to on the phone and when I came into the office was so kind and helpful. I actually got to see both hygenists, Maica and Sydney, during my visit, and they are both so sweet. They made me feel so welcome, comfortable, and SEEN!

Dr.del Cueto was absolutely amazing! She really listened to my concerns and addressed them with such care. She gave me her best advice and talked about multiple options I could pursue, but I did not feel pressured to do anything. She really tries to find the root of the concerns and how to treat the problem, rather than just treat the symptoms. Best dental experience I've ever had- I'm SO glad I found them (:

Lovely staff but def a money grab dentist who on multiple occasions tried to up charge me for simple procedures/visits. The last time I was in they tried to get me to spend $4500 on the spot for unnecessary cosmetic upgrades. Additionally told me they would not fix my cap next time it chips, I will have to get the $4500 veneers (mind you they don't take insurance until after you pay for everything upfront, and they take their sweet time submitting insurance so you can get reimbursed). 20 years of dealing with my fake teeth, never had a dentist tell me I had to get a procedure or they will refuse service. Will not be returning and would not recommend to others unless they are happy getting a pressure sales pitch every time they go in.

Dr A has been my dentist for over 20 years. She is not only an amazing dentist but also one of the kindest people I know. Sydney is also fantastic and so personable. It doesn’t get better than this entire team.

I wish I could give gentle dentistry more than 5/5 rating. I have anxiety so going to the dentist has always been hard for me. They new I was nervous and made me feel so comfortable. They offered me tea and coffee and even the patients there were so kind to me. They went through each step with me prior to me actually getting my teeth cleaned and they also explained why they do each step. They even gave me a stress ball because they new I was anxious. It is clear that they care about their patients and they were very patient with me and kept checking in throughout my appointment. My dental hygienist was Sydney and she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and made sure that I was doing okay. She kept me in the loop with each thing she was doing. Overall the entire staff was just amazing. I wish all dentists were like this. I would 110% recommend this place.

This is the best dental office I have been to! The staff is so pleasant and attentive and it is truly the best cleaning I have gotten. You know it’s a great office when you’re willing to make the drive an hour away!

Going to this dentist's office feels like a treat. These people are some of the most personable and considerate health professionals I've ever been with, making the experience very comfortable and actually enjoyable! Everyone here is so nice and it's nice to see people passionate and committed to making the experience comfortable. It's not every day you stumble upon a dentist's office that you don't feel nervous to go into.:)
