At first, I thought I found a great place for my Cane Corso. The vets that I had met took their time and were nice. This last time however left me wondering how much they really care. I brought my dog in for what I thought was maybe a Uti. They took her back to get stats and collect a sample. The tech came back after two minutes and asked if I would like to buy the kit and I could collect the urine and I would pay upfront. Long story short.that was on May 19th.with the sample being submitted to them the next morning which was a Saturday. I would hear back within 24 hours of the test being submitted. So, I figured, I submitted Saturday; the sample will probably go out Monday and hopefully hear something by Tuesday/Wednesday. Not only did I have to call to get any answers, but the receptionist let me know she would leave another note for the vet to call me when they could and that she would email me my results (this was the 23rd). That being said today is May 26 and I have no answers but a list of tests results on a piece of paper. (BTW: The test states that they received the sample on May 20th and reported on the 21st.) I got tired of asking so I had another vet read the results earlier today and who offered to redo the test at no cost. To me that is unacceptable and will not be going back. Since this I have heard and seen that I am not the only one. It is a shame because I can't be the only one who holds their pets with the same regard as a child and mine wasn't feeling well.

Caught them charging me more money because of weight gain.pulled his records in my folder and found he was the exact same weight.refuse to let us be with our dog during the shot they it's a trust us kind of thing but lied about weight for more money. I asked where the point of entry of the needle was and got crickets.makes me wonder did I get what I paid for. Bye Felicia

The staff here is very friendly! They have been taking great care of my dog and I will be switching from my other Vet to this one. Their pricing also seems a lot more reasonable than other location I have been to in the area.

I had problems with scheduling because 1) cat is almost impossible to put in any container and 2) i had multiple medical tests scheduled during this time due to an upcoming hip replacement surgery. Staff at Gentle Care was very flexible at setting up appts to meet last minute changes needed.

Spent over $700 to get a ultrasound done. Was told I would get the results within a couple hours. It's now eight day later and still nothing from them concerning the full report. Thankfully I was smart enough to hang around rather than drop off my pet and go in the room with the doctor and find out what his thoughts were during and immediately after. He said everything looked good but they would do a full report.

Had my cat fixed here. They are really nice and they did an excellent job. I brought him home, and it was like nothing had happened to him.

Great practice! Accommodating.if you need an appt fast, they give one. And what a wonderful staff.so sweet and kind and.well, gentle andcaring.just as their name promises. Love this vet

I am so happy to say that my cat that has been sick for a couple days is already acting 95% better since her nausea shot and liquids. I've already started her on her antibiotics. I would also like to add that I recently moved back to the area from being gone to Pinellas County. Years ago Dr. Felipe performed an emergency cesarean section on my chihuahua back in 2013 successfully. I will continue to use GentleCare in the future.

I found Gentle Care by their amazing reviews, and I must say I’m very pleased with the doctor and his staff. They have been kind, professional, and attentive with both of my fur babies. I highly recommend them!
