Worst customer service ever! Actually, NO customer service ever. Even though the order was shipped promptly, it was the incorrect part. It has been over two weeks now and no response. They do not answer their customer service telephone line. Neither have they responded to numerous emails. I want a call tag to send back the incorrect part and a credit for it and the correct part sent.
10/06/2020 After posting this review, I finally received a reply. Thanks for responding Brian! My review has been updated. Call tags are not issued for incorrect parts ordered. We will be sending the incorrect part back. The correct part is not available. Hopefully we will get a refund on this order.
I ordered a heating element for my dryer on Sunday and I got it on Tuesday. I was a little nervous at 1st because my order kept saying pending when it was supposed to ship next day. I sent an email Tuesday morning with my concern. When I got home from work it was sitting on my porch and they responded to my email at that same time.
I purchased an item from Genuine Replacement Parts that arrived in a broken condition. I contacted the support department, provided pictures of the broken part, and the item was immediately replaced. The experience was one that is lacking in a lot of businesses these days. Thank you and I wish for you much success in your future endeavors.
My transaction required that I interface with customer support. These guys are top of their game and rapidly resolved my issue. I will forever be a customer.
I placed an order for a heating element for my dishwasher almost 2 weeks ago. They invoiced me on 09-26-20 but I have yet to receive the part.
Brian from customer support contacted me to let me know the part was back-ordered and they would be unable to fill the order. While I am disappointed about not getting the part I needed after a couple weeks wait, They quickly issued me a refund and directed me to a competitor web site that had my part in stock.

Amazingly fast shipping and a superior product. We had been waiting on Whirlpool warranty service to replace our ice maker but the part was on backorder. After 2 months of making ice in trays, we purchased and installed an ice maker from GRP. It works great!
Placed an order on 9/16 that was supposed to ship that day. Shipping was delayed for 2 days with no notification or order update (the website still showed a same day ship date up until the time it actually shipped), and the only reason I found out about it was because I contacted them to cancel an item from the order that I needed it ASAP. Magically they somehow managed to ship it right after I contacted them. I was told to request an RMA number after it arrived, so I waited.
All 4 parts arrived in different boxes, and 1 of them (not the one I wanted to return) was the completely wrong product. I've attempted to contact this business via their website chat feature and phone number every single day since then with absolutely no success. The only way to get through to them is through their customer service email, which as far as I can tell is 1 address read by dozens of people.or 1 person using a bunch of different names. Each person I contact asks me to send a whole litany of photos to show what I received as well as what my dishwasher model is. I've sent them now 4 times and never hear back from anyone until a day or two later when a brand new person responds to my original email asking for the same set of photos. It's like all of my replies go into a black hole.or (*gasp*!) maybe this whole business is just a front/scam and there IS no "Taylor from Customer Service". Plenty of others with the same experience as me. American Express to the rescue!
The customer service department is receptive, I contacted customer service a couple times via email, they responded promptly even outside of their posted operating hours, and Brian quickly resolved my issue. Ordering was easy and the part was in stock and shipped out the next morning. When I received the part, it was packaged well, was the correct part number, and it was competitively priced, I will doing business with them again the next time I need a part.
Placed an order for $32.62, didn't end up needing the part. They won't return it because "they only process returns under $30. "
I am discussing this with their returns department, and I will update this review based on my experience after this is resolved one way or the other.
Ordered a replacement circulation pump for my dishwasher. It arrived, rattling around inside a box along with a 12 x 18 inch sheet of plastic that should have been bubble wrap, but had been completely flattened in shipment, so it offered no protection. It also was not packaged in a bag like you would expect for an OEM replacement part. The main power connection was broken, so I had to use zip ties to hold the power connection in place. Finally, the worm gear clamp for the outlet was so flimsy that it came apart when I tried to tighten it. I had to wait until the next day to get a replacement locally. The pump works fine, but the careless shipping is enough to ensure that I shop elsewhere for parts in the future.
Avoid this company, especially for smaller purchases. Return policy is very restrictive, including no refunds or returns for orders less than $30.
It can be tenuous to order complex mechanical parts on-line. However, I found GRP to communicate very well and to provide detail to their products. I would certainly recommend GRP.
Great experience! I ordered a part for my dryer and it didn’t even take 24 hrs and I had it at my front door! My dryer works perfectly now. I’m definitely ordering again if I have the needs.
