I went to see Dr Kwitko for a second opinion after being told by the first specialist that she could not help me. I left the first doctor’s office crushed, feeling hopeless. I value experience and education because I am an educator. I believe that years of experience and knowledge are admirable and I value the positive feedback from other patients. With that being said, I made an appointment and saw Dr Kwitko. I was greeted by his friendly staff. Some tests were run and then I met with Dr Kwitko. He was very professional and I knew with his experience and knowledge that he would help me. I was confident in his skills. He answered my prayers. He informed me that he could help me and my appointment for surgery was set two weeks from that day. I left there so excited and hopeful! Such an amazing feeling compared to when I left the first doctor. Today, I am two days after surgery, and feel great! I can already see the work he did on my eyelid and can’t wait to see it when it is healed! It is like an early Christmas
present! All I can say is, I am so grateful for his expertise and knowledge and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for perfection! I will be scheduling my left eye to be completed in the near future as well.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kwitko.

I had Basal Cell Cancer right below my eye. After Mohs Surgery I was sent to a Plastic Surgeon to close the wound. The Plastic Surgeon left me looking like a freak with severe sagging eyelid after repeated surgeries. I was devastated.
After much research, I was referred to Dr. Kwitko. He performed several reconstructive surgeries that were difficult but successful! Excellent and caring staff. Efficient office visits. Dr. Kwitko truly gave my life back. Eight months later you cannot tell I had 50 stitches under my eye! God Bless you Dr. Kwitko, you are the BEST.

Super nice staff, however, they misrepresent the costs of their services. I was told “oh this procedure will be completely covered and cost you nothing other than $40 copay”. Thank goodness I was wise enough to talk to my insurance the day prior to procedure as they would not have covered anything.

Broadly speaking, I was not satisfied for the following reasons:
- The surgery Dr. Kitko suggested (skin graft) was considered a last resort (with the least favorable aesthetic outcome) by other surgeons I've seen before and since.
- He seemed rushed.
- He did not seem willing to answer all of my questions. (He made an analogy about how one doesn't ask an airline pilot HOW he will land the plane.) The other surgeons I've seen answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
- I said I wanted to pay in full before the appointment due to my high insurance deductible. I paid the quoted price and yet still received a bill for an additional amount, even though there was never any expectation that the insurance company would pay anything (due to my high deductible).
- The appointment cost was substantially higher than other surgeons I've seen, even though the other surgeons fully answered my questions and seemed to have a better understanding of the latest techniques, including the use of F5U to reduce post-surgical scarring.
- At one point during the appointment, Dr. Kitko said that the fact that he suggested not doing a certain additional surgery indicated that he was not money-motivated, even though I'd never suggested that he was. I don't recall any prior medical provider making a statement about not being money-motivated. The statement struck me as unusual and out of place.

Selected Dr Kwitko for my upper eye lid surgery. The Dr and Office staff very accommodating and professional. They were clear with surgery instructions with direct phone availability after surgery for any concerns/issues. My procedures (both eyes) were very successful - even improved my eye sight.

Such a kind and caring doctor! So thankful that he was able to treat my son. He even went out of his way to check on him long after his treatment, to verify he was all better! I highly recommend Dr. Kwitko!

Dr. Kwitko did fabulous work on my upper lids. I’m very pleased with my results.
If your seriously considering getting this procedure done, make an appointment with him.
Surgery was easy, aside from having black eyes for a week it was painless.
I’m considering getting the bags under my eyes done and I wouldn’t consider any other doctor. Dr. Kwitko will be my doctor of choice.

Dr. Kwitko and staff handles everything promptly and profesional. My surgery it was so smoothly and his professionalism 100%. I am very pleased with it no bruces or lots of bleeding. Family and friends noticed quickly the difference in a week. No more drropy eyes!

After having three separate surgeries with another doctor, I was at my wit's end when I walked into Dr. Kwitko's office. I had both upper and lower eyelid surgery starting in September 2019 and after each one, I would hear excuses as to why my eyes didn't heal correctly. I was very frustrated and I was scared to go through another surgery but after meeting with Dr. Kwitko, I could feel his confidence and his compassion for me. He saw how upset I was but I felt an assurance from him that he could fix my eyes so I scheduled my surgery with him. Well, he did an AMAZING job and I couldn't be more thrilled! I had minimal discomfort and I healed quickly. I feel pretty when I look in the mirror again, no more hiding behind my sunglasses! I will recommend him to everyone I know! I am forever grateful to you Dr. Kwitko. Thank you so very, very much!

So impressed with Dr. Kwitko!

I had a blepharoplasty to correct ptosis in both eyes and am so thrilled with the results! The ptosis was causing significant vision issues for me, and I was very unhappy with the appearance of my eyes due to my droopy eyelids. I actually reached out to Dr. Kwitko initially on his Instagram (after hours) and could not believe that he answered me within the hour! That just shows his level of dedication and the professionalism he and his staff provide. They are very accommodating and were always available to answer my questions and concerns.

If you are considering this procedure, Dr. Kwitko is the absolutely the very best and I highly recommend him! You will not be disappointed:)

Dr Kwitko did my upper eyelids. He is a fantastic doctor and businessman. He was direct and efficient but spent plenty of time in my appointments patiently answering all my questions. Enjoyed his sense of humor also. His office is attractive and organized with highly proficient and gracious staff. The surgery went smoothly with a great result. I highly recommend him.
